I went to this Bealls in New Port Richey and tried to buy a pair of Lees Performance Cargo shorts.They would not accept the $10 off coupon and they really couldnt come up with a reason why they wouldnt. I went home and found out that online the coupon was acceptable. Later I went to the Lutz Kohls and they sold me the same shorts and accepted 2 different coupons on them. Bealls has lost a good customer forever because of one bad store.

I had an unpleasant experience with a sales associate in the shoe department however the shoe Department manager and the store manager were outstanding and the way they handled things. There were some good sales on shoes.
