We live nearby and have shopped at this Walmart for years out of convenience. After our experience last Friday, we will no longer be shopping at this store. We hard a cart full of groceries, and I had also picked up a case of Coors beer for the weekend. We went to check out, waited in line, and finally we were up and the register girl scanned all of our items. I always put my alcohol through last so I can give ID and pay at the same time. I did this as usual, and then the girl asked for my wifes ID, I said why do you need hers, she is not buying it, I am. Also to keep in mind, we are both in our 30s, and currently my wife is seven months pregnant. This became an issue with me because as my wife is pregnant, she usually leaves her bag in the car. I argued and protested with the on duty management for some time, their only response was that we are under 40, so they must check everyones ID. So, it ended up that my wife had to walk all the way out the car and bring her ID in. Well it is funny that this Walmart is the only place I have ever bought alcohol that will not sell unless they check ever party members ID, regardless of who is buying. So, I checked the Ohio Revised Code on the matter when I got home that night, it does not contain anywhere a rule of checking a non buyers ID. We literally spend thousands of dollars a year in this store on groceries and other items, I guess that will be going to Giant Eagle and Marcs now.

I was checking out at the "few items" line after realizing all the other lines were ridiculously long and only few lanes were available with so many ppl. When my turn came finally came to check out the cashier rung my 2 items up and accidentally typed in 198 dollars due instead of 1.98 due. After waiting for her to fix the error I realized Ive waited literally about 10 to 15 min so far. Then to find out she sai she had to call the manager available. So I waited another 10 min and the cashier was uncomfortable becaused she knew I was getting frustrated while remaining calm and polite. The manager never came after further waiting so I said Im never coming to walmart again. I left and went to save a lot and actually saved money and time with their qualified staff. This walmart is a meteocre joke when it comes to customer service. So go save money AND time at SAVE A LOT people. And this is one incident out of at least 10 other occasions. And also have cashiers so old they cant hear a word you say. Thanks for your time... Ex customer

My order arrived at their store on 8/19 in th am per tracking msg.. Here we are a week later and they are still fumbling around with it. "Not ready for pickup". Sad, slow and ridiculous. Rcvd voice mail from manager "Chip" 8/25 that they found my order. On 8/26 rcvd another call from another associate. So I proceeded to pickup for them to bring out the part of order I returned a week ago. Chip states he did not call me the day beforeI I have voicemail. I states this is ridiculous. Im trying to move and get things done. Ive been here 5 times. So on a hunch I went to the rugs section and found my mohawk rug. So as Im trying to ask the associate to refund my card so I can buy the set. The manager "Chip" is laughing and rolling his eyes the whole time. Very unprofessional and irritating!! And now you send email 8/26 afternoon please retrieve item by 8/24. Really?! I will NOT be ordering from this a store anymore. As the Stow location has their organization together. Along with friendly employees and fast cashiers.

I went to Walmart, Ravenna Ohio to get my passport photo taken today(Saturday 13th Sept). On the first attempt, the camera was not working. On the second attempt, the person got another camera. But it didnt have battery. Finally, he got the batteries and took my picture. He told me to come back after 30 minutes. So after 30 min when I came back, he told me to wait for 5 min. Then he said something is wrong with the Printer and he will turn it off and on again which will take another 15 min. I decided to wait since I needed the photos the very next day. And it was already 9pm. After another 20 min, he said that he cannot connect to the Printer. And it wont be fixed the next day either. So after an hour of waiting, I decided to register a formal complaint to the manager. To my surprise, When I approached him, he was not ready to register my complaint. He was trying to ignore my complaint entirely. This whole incident made me go through a whole lot of emotional stress and mental trauma.

Typical Walmart. Big . Mostly rude people that dont care about customer service or being reviewed. The attitude generally as they dont own the place so they dont give a f***. I like to walk around and count how many people turn away and pretend like youre not there instead of greet you or ask you if you need help with something.... during the Christmas season I made it through the store past 26 people before anybody even acknowledged me as a customer. I have had a few incidents where Ive been treated very rudely when I have interacted with employees however I will say there are some very nice few people that work there that I do like a lot. This place really needs to get its s*** together I dont understand how you can have that many people and still have so many pissed off customers.

Drove an hour for a tv that they only had one of in stock. We got there and asked if we could purchase the tv we seen online and the item was still in stock. The guy goes in the back and comes out 5 mins later stating he couldnt find it and to check my phone online again, I check it and its no longer in stock. This idiot went back and purchased it for himself after he found out the price was really lower online and they marked it wrong. All I have to say is this establishment is ran horribly, and by the looks from the rest of the reviews everyone else feels the same. And to the employee in electronics ( his name was Adam ), go f* yourself.

This is the most unkempt Walmart I have ever been to. Selection is not what I expect from Walmart, as I often find it extremely hard to find things that I have at my home Walmart here. I have given up on being able to find anything in this Walmart as the layout makes no sense, the staff does not pick up clothing or items thrown on the bottom of shelves. Greeters are always welcoming and cashiers friendly, but those out on the floor often do not know where to find some items. I think major improvements are needed. I love the Kent State section, but wish there was more selection.

The employees are much nicer at the Brimfield Walmart. The employees on the night shift are very rude and lazy. They dont want to help you when you ask for it and a couple even gave me an attitude for asking for help. And then when I asked to speak with a manager, the employees wouldnt let me. & They also wouldnt put an item on hold for me for less than 5 hours. So I went to the Brimfield Walmart immediately after and was treated much better and made all my purchases there.
