Mostly use their copy service. School, home & work projects. Their service is really top notch. They make life sooo much easier when it comes to projects you need to finish. They always take the time to answer my questions and accommodate me when I need something in a rush. I go there during school shopping (we have gotten coffee and donuts during certain days of school shopping) its an annual tradition now. :) I do love that paper , vinyl smell when you walk in. LOL I love the customer service and have always found what I needed here. The copy center is the best part of this store. So lucky to have them close to home.

Staple thinks it needs bait-and-switch sales to get business... For the 2nd time in a month Ive walked into staples because of a sale they are advertising. Slogans like "easy rebate" with no mention of mail-in or online. or your rebate provided on a prepaid visa again with no mention of mail-in or online on in-store signage. Yes, Staples has become the masters of the bait-and-switch in office supplies. Give your friends a heads-up so they can avoid being scammed.

Do yourself a favor do not order an item on line and have it delivered to this store to save shipping charges. They have no idea what they are doing. The USPS indicated the item was delivered and after being on hold for ever the store indicates it will not be there for 10 more days. Next time I need a part I will pay the charges to have it shipped to my home.

LUZ was amazing she was helping several people at the same time I told what I needed she found me in the store with my binder laminated and ready to go within 10 minutes made my day!!!! STAPLES needs more LUZ Thank you again Luz for making my day Because this mom needed it and she came thru!!!

The staff in copy area are by far the best. I was getting a laminated poster for my dads funeral and I need to say that Luz, Troy & Jennifer did and amazing job. They worked very hard to make happen what I wanted. Thumbs up for Office Depot general manager for having such a great team.
