I just tried to make my first appointment with this place, and the receptionist was so snotty, I was appalled. She told me Del Opticians doesnt take my form of insurance as well, even though my sister has the exact same insurance as me and is a client there. Horrible customer service, snotty, rude, and wouldnt listen to me.

I have been going there 3 years and the service is great and the secretaries were polite and I was in and out in 20 and was called to pick up my glasses and in and out in 10 minutes. Great Doctor also.

Me and my kids have gone here a couple of times. They are always nice and the optician quickly fixed my glasses when I thought they were goners! Really good frame selection.

One of the front desk ladies is rude and non listening has a really poor additude and dealing with her is not worth going back.
