The worst place to go to get an eye exams, went to him and had to go back 2 more times for him to try to get it right, but each time he gave me a different prescription. I finally went to another doctor and he got it right the first time. I call him and asked him to give me my money back since he could not do his job and he said he would give me $10.00. That was a Joke , cause that would not paid for the time I took to go there. If you go cheap then you get a cheap person who doesnt know what they are doing.

After checking 6 different eyewear establishments, I finely got lucky with number 7. EyeMart Express! I was looking for the best deal,without all the hidden expenses. I was most pleased to find that the cost of the frames included the lens. I got the best deal ever! The service was impressive, and very professional . Of coarse, depending on the extras there are other things to add in the cost.But I found theyre prices to beat all the others that I had checked on. Very happy customer!

I went several places before going here and found they had the best selection AND prices around. The employee that assisted me, Jody I think, was super kind, well informed about their products, and incredibly helpful. They even had the glasses I purchased made and ready for me to pick up 30 minutes after leaving! Ultimately, Im pleased with my glasses and my entire experience here, I will be recommending this store to everyone.

Eyemart Express is a very welcome addition to this mall. The service is excellent! Kelly did an amazing job swapping out my lenses from one frame to another and they fit me like a glove. I had a very positive experience here and will be back for my next eye exam. The other optometrist location on South Tunnel Road doesnt begin to compare with Eyemart Express.

Excellent customer service. I was in and out pretty quickly even though they were very busy. I bought a single vision pair that were ready in a couple hours and my HD progressives I ordered only took a week to arrive. I didnt go with the plastic frames in the advertisement, but I did get some very nice wire frames extremely cheap. 110 out of 10 guys.

Nice new store,great frame selection,but please take time to have employees know the prices ,add on to a frame and be aware of lens type,size, and warranty of product. Decided to take our business to SC as they were very informed of all product,prices,lens type & materials.

Went in for my sons first pair of glasses. The staff was great. Judy took her time, let him try on lots of frames till we found the right ones. Never felt rushed and she took her time to make sure they were the right fit.

Classic bait and switch...TV ad says 2 or progressive glasses for $76.32....Only about 20 ugly, outdates frames to choose from... Actually cost over $400.00/ pr.
