Terrible post op service, the worst! Unfortunately NO STARS was not an option because that is what they deserve. I had my distance corrected almost 4 years ago. I could see well for a the first 6 months and by the first anniversary I was back wearing glasses again. Each October I came for the mandatory checkup ( for the guarantee to continue) and requested the procedure be redone. Every year for the past three years I was told to wait another year so my eyes would level off before doing the surgury again. October 2015 I was told they would do it in another year and given a prescription for glasses. It is May 2016 and I asked them to do it now because I was moving our of state. Last week they gave me a pre-op screen and all wne3t fine until I asked for a precription for dry eyes. At that point the doctor said "you have dry eyes? I said yes, She said" let me check something again." as she looked in my eyes once again. Then she announcd I had the beginings of cateracs and they couldnt do surgury with both conditions present. The screening was completed before I asked for the rescription, so the seond last minute look was suspicious to say the least. Then she says, " we cannot do the surgury when both conditions are present." They knew I had dry eyes when they sold me on the procedure the first time and said nothing about it except to use eye drops four times a day. It is supecious that the doctor didnt see cateracts in her screening last week yet instantly dianosed it with a very quick fast look after I mentioned dry eyes. That too was obis to the doctor, it has always been obvious when dotors examin me. I cannot recommend them...but I will be getting the surgery at another clinic shortly and send them the bill. I doubt they will pay it, but Ill try to get what I paid for and was denied by them every year for three years even if it requires paying legal council to recoup the loss. Glasses are not cheap and Ive had to purchased several pair to get by until they were willing to redo the surgery. BTW, if you had the surgury alredy and they tell you to wait, I suggest you DONT.

Not thrilled with my surgery or the patient treatment post surgery. Im 6 months post surgery. Each eye sees differently and things are still plenty blurry. More like double vision or a "ghosting" of images etc. Especially indoors and when Im at my computer. Plus I have dry eyes all the time and for the price they charge they could provide eye drops for the patients that dont end up with great results. Also every time I go in for a follow up with any of the eye doctors they dont seem to care much about my feedback on the things that are bothering me with my eyes. Feels like they just cant get you out of their fast enough. They just want to do their follow up tests, take the notes and get you out. Dont bother trying to give them your opinion or perspective on whats going on with your eyes after surgery. Dr Groden himself is very nice but you only see him initially when you get the surgery.

I had my Lasik in the year 2000. I entered the office seeing 20/750 in one eye and 20/800 in the other, on the edge of being legally blind. In the roughly 7 minutes it took Dr. Groden to perform my Lasik, he improved my vision to 20/20 in one eye and 20/15 in the other. He cautioned me that I may need reading glasses immediately after the surgery since he was making such a drastic change. However, that did not happen. Now, 17 years later, I am 55 years old and still see 20/20 and can still read without using reading glasses. Dr. Groden was one of the most positive life changing experiences of my life. Thank you Dr. Groden!!!! Your name is mentioned in my conversations quite frequently when people are considering corrective eye surgery. You have allowed me to live a fuller and more productive life....COMPLETELY FREE OF GLASSSES!

I am already beginning to see life more clearly thanks to Dr. Groden and the amazing team. Before deciding to get Lasik with LasikPlus, I had horrible eyesight without contacts or glasses. Its only been one day after my surgery, and I already cant believe how clearly I am able to see the world without them. I am experiencing very little side effects other than fluctuations in my vision (my right eye slightly worse), but I have been kindly reassured that this is normal and will gradually improve. I am looking forward to the end results and a future free of glasses and contacts, thanks to LasikPlus. Its been a great experience and I am incredibly excited to recommend Groden and his team to others who are interested. Go for it!

I must admit I was very nervous at first, however the staff here helped calm my nerves with all of the helpful information I received during my consultation and the days leading up to my procedure. Minutes before my procedure I had a chance to sit down with Dr. Groden and he definitely made me feel comfortable especially knowing he had been through this procedure himself. The procedure was somewhat uncomfortable but it was fast and before I knew it I was seeing so much clearer. Here I am the day after with great vision and I couldnt be happier that I made the decision to go through with this! Thanks Dr. Groden!!!

Everything was very straightforward and I was able to go from my consultation to 20/20 vision within 10 days (Consult on a Tuesday, Procedure the next Friday). Procedure itself took 11 minutes start to finish. No complications beyond dry eyes, which the prescribed medications alleviated. I was able to attend a ball game later that night, and spent the next day at the beach (but not in the water!). Staff was very helpful, and Dr. Groden was very friendly. There is a bit of an "assembly line" feel, especially on procedure day but for such a quick surgery it makes sense for them to operate in that manner.

I had Lasiks with Dr Groden in 2001. My eyes were very bad, with nearsighted and other issues. Dr. Groden explained to me he wasnt sure that he could give me total glass free or contact free vision, however he could defiantly improve my vision. I went for it. The very next day after my procedure, I got my FIRST unrestricted drivers license in 25 years. I had worn glasses and contacts for over thirty five years. Dr. Groden Rocks. Now 15 yes. Later still no glasses or contacts.... I also got my Brother to go to him. He is also VERY Happy with his Procedure as well !

This is by far one of the best things that I have ever spent money on. The office is very nice and clean and all of the staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Groden lives up to his reputation as one of the top in his field, the procedure was quick, painless and stress free. I am going back today for my one week follow up and my vision is great and eyes feel better than expected. I highly recommend Dr. Groden and his team for anyone who is thinking about the procedure.
