I tried to call to get a refill on my contacts. I spoke w/ Mike there. First off, he sounded like he was asleep, second off, he had no clue what was going on and I had to repeat myself several time. He also couldnt tell me if they had my contacts in stock because the doctor who has the key to the cabinet only works certain days. How is it in todays computer age, they dont have this info in a computer somewhere? How do they expect to do business if there is no one there to open the freaking cabinet?? Ridiculous! I will wait the 7-10 days to order this from another location if that means I dont have to talk to these people again.

I have bought several pairs of glasses from this location and they have always been very good at making sure I was happy with my purchase. I am rather tough on my glasses but their warranty has, so far, covered all my mistakes. Most recently I purchased new prescription sunglasses and the RX from my private MD needed to be changed, I brought the glasses back and LensCrafters is redoing them at no additional cost. The store manager, Karl, is very pleasant and provides great customer service!

Should have read the reviews first. Said they were booked on the day I was there, set an appointment 2 days later. Drove 30 minutes back to this office for my appointment. Said appointment doesnt exist and suggested going elsewhere. Ha, they surely will stay in business at that rate. Funny a lady was complaining the doctor cancelled on her 3 times witout notification all 3 times literally at the exact time I was standing at the desk. Seems to be a trend.

I highly recommend shopping somewhere else for prescription glasses. The prices and variety of frames was not very good. The service was not very good. They didnt want to go over any options for the lenses. They just told me what I was going to get. I got my glasses a week earlier than expected. When I got my glasses they had the wrong prescription and the wrong lenses.

Got an eye exam and a pair of glasses after losing my previous glasses. The process was quick and painless, everyone we met there was very nice. Karl, the retail manager, was the best part of the experience. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Id go back to this location, if only for no other reason than the level of customer service we received from him!

The old female doctor refused to write medical prescription for dry eyes. This doctor is a stickler and sucks for actual medical eye problems. Shes only used to eye glass prescriptions. Dont come here if you have actual eye medical needs.

The associate was very knowledgeable and courteous. I ordered glasses with progressive lenses. They were ready within one hour and were super. No problems at all with the glasses. The price was very reasonable.
