My husband and I were there on Thursday, 11-19-2015 specifically for an item listed in your sales advertisement dated 11-19-2015 to 11-21-2015 starting at 9:00pm. We were there at 8;30pm and went to the electronics dept to get our items. Which was (2) iPhone 6s plus on sale for 250.00. The lady in the electronics dept would not sell them to us because she stated that Att now handle the own contracts. Well on page 5 of that advertisement it showed the Verizon, Sprint and Att logos. It also spelled it out in WRITING under the sales item. I have also contacted Target Corporate and the Better Business Bureau due to your false sales advertisement.

I went on a recommendation to the Optical at Wesley Chapel and Nancy was unbelievably friendly, professional, and patient. I needed to try on glasses and she spent at least 40 minutes while we tried on every pair in the store it seemed. She was all smiles and was a real pleasure to be around. Brian was both compassionate and efficient at the same time - a rare experience with a doctor. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and ran through all of my options and we decided on trying out contacts. Thank you to them both for outstanding service!

I walked in on 1/2/10 to purchase new lenses for a very expensive frame. Initially one associate was on the phone while the other was extremely unhelpful. I was told it would take 1 week by the 9th I called and was told they were not ready and it would be 1/12/2010. Called on 1/12/2010 and was told they were not ready and that they were not sure when they would be ready. Very unprofessional staff and I would not suggest going to this location..

The Doctor here is phenomenal. The staff is highly disrespectful. When called and explained a frustrating policy, instead of providing clarity the staff decided to hang up the call. Upon call back to explain how that was poor customer service, I was consistently cut off. Repeatedly. The individual who took my call on return was the same disrespectful person from before. Kept cutting me off and not allowing me to speak. Incredibly terrible service.

DONT GO HERE ! Save your money and go to Lenscraters ! It is a complete waste of time and money to go to this target optical. The doctor got my prescription wrong twice ! The second time I just got a good luck I cant help you comment ! Wtf is that?!?!
