I have been going to Biltmore Vision for many, many years. Ive always been on a first name basis with Rob, which is a plus going to a local business. I have always had excellent experiences with them. They are fast and friendly, they have always had the best selection of frames, and they have the best prices in all of Asheville, by far. Rob has always given me really great deals on lenses, making it more affordable for me. Definitely the best place to go, they make it a point to go out of their way for you!

Despite the fact that I live near Swannanoa, I am willing to drive 1/2 hr, for glasses, as it is my favorite place to do business when it comes to eyewear. They have old style frames that nobody else has. The staff is friendly and polite, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, the prices are lower than most. They were even able to get me glass lenses instead of plastic. I highly recommend them for eyewear. They are independent business owners, not a chain.

This place is the worse place Ive ever been.... First of all my son who has sevre eye problems they were rough with and sold me frames that his prescription didnt fit so they just forces them in and it looks awful so after 398.00 my 9 year old son looks awful and second is they told and sold me glasses for my daughter when she didnt even really need them!!!!! Money hungry so called eye doctor is no more than a crook!!!!

I just love doing business with Biltmore Vision. I have been going to them for years and always receive quality care and products. I have had both glasses and contacts from them and never had a complaint. The doctors Ive seen there are wonderful. Their prices are great and you never feel like youre just a number as you would at the bigger chain eyewear stores. I highly recommend Biltmore Vision to everyone.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience!! The staff was so incredibly kind, professional and helpful. They really took their time and answered the questions I had. Their prices cant be beat, they are FAR more reasonable than any other vision care center in the area. I went to Biltmore Vision to get replacement glasses for my son who has special needs. Rob worked with me to find glasses that would fit him and helped me get information from our previous eye wear centre that they were unwilling to give to me. He was very patient and professional. We received the glasses in about 1 week.

Biltmore Vision Center has been serving the good people of this area for over 20 years. There are many happy customers but we, like most other businesses realize we are not a perfect fit for every one. When customers return with problems we do are best to address them and make the customer happy.

Two stars for friendliness. I love supporting small businesses but, the practices and most equipment here are outdated. Glasses selection minimal and also outdated by at least a decade. Fitting of glasses and contacts purchased was haphazard at best. Left feeling disappointed.

These guys here are all right, not just alright. Rob let me take 2 frames home overnight, while waiting for lenses order, because I couldnt decide which I wanted. I still may not know tomorrow which to get...but is that cool or what?
