Ive been coming to The Eye Center for nearly 10 years and have always had a positive experience. In fact, I frequently refer friends and family here because I know they will receive quality attention from the doctors and staff. They have an extensive frame collection and prices are competitive. My experience with service beyond annual exams has been pleasant as well. If I have needed to drop in for a small repair or have any questions or issues, the staff has been extremely responsive and helpful.

Dr. Laudicina took the time not only to diagnose my eyes, but to explain every aspect of what was necessary to correct my vision. Their staff is friendly and so helpful in assisting me in selecting my new eye glasses. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great!

I was able to get in to see Dr. Sara Mackie in under a week from the time I called for an appointment. After completing my forms, I was taken in for my exam in less than 5 minutes. My eye exam was thorough and professional. I will return to Dr. Mackie for my annual exams and eye glasses whenever required. I would suggest her to any of my family or friends.

There are no extensive waiting periods, the eyeglass selection is very good, and there is no hassle with insurance claims or payment. I highly recommend the Eye Center!

I could not be happier with Dr. Sarah Mackey at the Eye Center on Manatee Ave. She has provided outstanding eye care, diagnosed early glaucoma and started me immediately on a course of treatment. She has been very diligent about regular follow-ups every three months. I feel very good about the close supervision.

Great initial visit. Waiting was larege and clean, staff was very courteous and professional, and Dr. Gillenwaters was great. She explained what she was doing as she did it and gave me options for correcting my vision. When I did pick out frames, my glasses were ready the next day. Cant beat that!
