This was the first time I considered obtaining my prescription glasses through Walmart, and to add to my hesitation, my first time wearing bifocals; however, I was fortunate to have been greeted and assisted by the best, Paul. Paul provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly and informative from first interaction. I was clueless as to what type of frames to get for bifocals, as others had confused me, but to my pleasant surprise Paul patiently explained details to me and was of great guidance in finding the perfect frames. I hope management realizes the gem and asset that Paul is, and rewards him for gaining a new and loyal customer. It is people like Paul that determine the success of such businesses.

Man! These people are nuts! I was first surprised at how quickly the exams were progressing and at how outstandingly kind everyone was, but. THEN. O.O. Something changed. Something i cant quite explain, They may have drugged me or possibly did dome crazy jedi mind tricks on me. I can hear there psychotic laughs echo in my head now, as they are probably enjoying this post, feet kicked back, hands full of popcorn, watching me in their surveillance room. Beware of these creatures. They are not like you or me.

I found the care at this vision center to be excellent. My appointment was met precisely, the Doctor, Kurt Lotspeich, was personable and attentive. He went above and beyond what I have come to expect by eye care professionals in the past. His assistant, Anne, was efficient and very professional. I appreciate the extended care and caring that I was shown. I never felt rushed, nor like just another patient. I will definitely return. My thanks to the entire staff. --James Sullivan

Amazing service. Although the lab was unable to make my prescription in the lenses that I wanted, the associates at the cortez walmart went out of their way to keep me notified.
