Will not EVER return to SVS! I went to SVS because they were on my insurance provider "covered" list. When I called to schedule the appointment, all of my information was obtained. I asked MULTIPLE times if they accepted my insurance and if they understood the type of insurance I had. I was told yes to all. When I was done with the exam today, I was informed that I needed to pay for half of the exam and that I HAD to purchase contacts from them. The OWNER is one of the most rude unprofessional individuals I have EVER dealt with in a medical setting. DO NOT GO TO SVS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

SVS has lost my business, I bought contacts at SVS while they had price matching, I got my contacts for $50.00 for a six month supply, rather than their usual $100.00 for a sixth month supply. After six months I went back to buy more contacts and SVS told me they wouldnt price match any longer, then the lady at the desk started screaming in my face because I had disrespected her by saying, "Thats stupid you have lost my business." Would not recommend to friends due to trying to charge me an extra $50.00 when I could get them cheaper online. Then the extremely rude employee.

I got laid off and couldnt pay the other half of my bill for a couple months. When I went back with my receipt they told me they dont have it and that I cant get my money returned or the things I bought cause how long it took. They STOLE 600 from me! Will never go there again

Their products are pricey but you pay for good service and quality products. Ive personally had bad encounters with different SVS locations and this particular location is by far the most friendliest store. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Thank you guys

Employees were pleasant & very helpful. The environment was very relaxed and inviting. They even provided refreshments like, water/pop & cookies. Dr. Wozniak is great! Prices though were a bit high even with insurance.
