I am very pleased with the ACO. I am a CO and have had nothing but good experiences dealing with Frank and Eric. There are always little issue that arise but that is to be expected with any organization you deal with. Eric and Frank both have always been very responsive to any situation I Have had. I recommend the ACO to everyone I can and try and build the organization and this game that I truly love.

They are so slow. I ordered boards July 13 and still have not received them! Of course they took my money on July 13! I think for waiting a month, something should be done, make up with sending me some bags! What the heck?! Everytime I have ordered something, there is a problem. When I called to ask where my boards were, they couldnt even find my order! Very unorganized, as from day 1 they started!

Their products are par excellence. Every time I set up my boards, I am asked where I got them from. I just ordered my second set for a tournament I am hosting. I was a little nervous that it would come in time as I only allowed 2 weeks between order date and tournament...but last night it came in with a few days to spare! Cant say enough good things about you guys!

I ordered some bags on July 22nd 2015 and have not heard a word. Its now August 17th and I left several messages and emails and no one replies. Very slow to produce product and no response to customer inquiries. So far , poor customer service. Why have a message link and the promise of a 24 hour response?

Buyer beware. This store is ridiculous ordered a set because I called for 2 WEEKS left a dozen messages and I live 8 minutes down the road but you HAVE to get them shipped to you for a low low price of 14.99 HELL OF A SCAM
