Bought a mask Which arrived damaged. Started a return which was never dealt with. Felt ignored when I tried calling them. Even on the open hours that are listed my phone calls were never answered. I left message after message where the calls were never returned. I do consider this insulting and upsetting. I personally own two businesses and have never dealt with someone like this. I give them a huge thumbs down. To this day a resolution for the damaged item I spent $100.00 on has not been reached, nor have I been contacted about it. It is as if they reached in my pocket, took $100 and said screw u have a good day. Am still waiting on a response. This complaint has stretched into over a month, and still no resolution nor have I heard from anyone. If someone were to ask me if they should buy here, I say ____NOOOO____ This is a horrible company to deal with and you will have nothing but problems from the item you purchase, to the shipping, and God forbid a return. So Good Luck If you buy from Command Airsoft Technologies

I ordered an aeg with them through amazon, the day after they emailed me, and stated that there was an issue with their software. Ot was not in stock. The team was very helpful, they responded to emails within minutes even around midnight. Some one from management ended up finding the last one in stock, and I received my aeg along with a bag of bbs, and extra midcap mags at no cost for the trouble. Great staff, and timely response made me feel well taken care of.
