12/15/16 around 7PM, Mike at the firearm counter was good. Purchasing a firearm went smoothly. 1 star is for the associates at the NO customer service counter. My mistake for leaving my rewards card at home, yes you need the actual card for reward points, like back in early 90s. No card, no points, BUT reading the receipt, it states, to take your receipt to customer service within 30 days of purchase to have the points added to your account. Heading to the store exit, I see Customer Service and there are two associates, and no customers! I walk up to the counter and was informed by one of the associates “you cant return or exchange firearms.” What happened to “hello how may I help you?” The other associate comes over looking like shes an enforcer for the firearm policy. I inform them both, I would like to keep the firearm I purchased 30 seconds ago, and asked for the points to be added to my account. They reply, "We dont do that here." I look at the receipt again, and asked where is the correct customer service counter. I was told this was the customer service counter. I then asked for a customer service agent who can credit my rewards account as stated on the receipt. The enforcer (not wearing a name tag) sighs and tells me that they can make an exception and credit the points to my account. An exception for policy printed on their receipt, how very nice of them! The enforcer adds the purchase to my rewards account. It takes less than 30 seconds!? She gives me a new reward card and reminds me to always bring the card, because they are not supposed to do this. I read the receipt out loud to the enforcer, and ask her what part did I get wrong. The enforcer then informs me during the holidays when the store is so busy they don’t have time to handle adding points. "There are two of you! There is one of me! There is no line! I am not making other customers wait! I stopped because there are two of you and no customers in line! The enforcer just cant let it go, she has to be right, she must have the last word, she has to prove me wrong regardless of what is printed on my receipt. The enforcer tells me, "Well the store management does not want us doing this." I simply shook my head and walked away. The enforcer would have argued all night about why she cant follow her store policy!

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE BASS PRO IN TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA EVER AGAIN!!!!!! They advertise that the first 200 people in will receive a gift card ranging from $5-$100. We stood in line for 4 hours in the rain, we were the 15th people in line. About an hour before they open they get on the stage and start to talk, so a whole crowd of people flood around the stage and the front door. So they continue to talk and talk and talk and talk.... Now it is 6:40, almost an hour after they said they would be open. Everyone in line how now gotten furious, an old lady starts to shout and yell, a manager {Josh} comes out to calm her down and tells her they will be opening shortly. I ask Josh about the line and if there will be any sort of regulating when they open. He tells me "No there is no give away or anything going on, dont worry everyone will get in" Wait a second now your telling me I have been standing in line for now over 4 hours for the give away that you advertised on your website, in the add that you gave me in line, and on the news that morning..... Now comes the time they let everyone in, but wait the open the doors on the other side start to hold the line of people who have been there all day back and let the crowd of people who just arrived in. we finally make it in after about 150-200 people and it is complete disappointment for a BASS PRO Shops.

I express my complete satisfaction with the entire team at Bass Pro Outpost in Tallahassee. My faith and confidence is evidenced by my purchase of 3 boats ( 1548 Tracker, 1754 Grizzly, and 191 Mako CC) Parts and Service dept is outstanding and performs at the highest levels.In boating terms, they go overboard to achieve my requests on time and under budget. They have always exceeded my expectations. I have met the Manager, Josh. He is very engaging and personable.He is involved in the community, teaching young people outdoor skills, and managing a first class store. There is not a facility within the greater Tallahassee area that can come close to their service. They are a class act. I would like to add that I shop several times weekly at Bass Pro and find this store has the highest level of customer service in Tallahassee!

This is not a blow your socks off bass pro, but we have enjoyed every visit. The staff and employees are usually very helpful and friendly. The only time we had a problem is during a busy time and we spent 25 minutes trying to get helped in the gun department and ended up just leaving. Our kids love to come and watch the fish in the aquarium. It is thoughtful for them to have benches for us parents to sit down at by the aquarium. We absolutely love coming during December and getting our family photos taken with Santa. This year the Christmas theme was very well done. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and enjoyable area for the kids to play, do crafts, and use a snow digger. I personally love the hotsauce area and have bought a few sauces. We love coming here with our family even though it is a smaller bass pro shop.

I have always had good experiances here it would be a five but i had some work done on my bow in the bow shop and the young boy who worked there cut my string on accident while moving the peep sight and he got mad and tried to say that it was already cut and basically handed me my bow and said "here it is your problem not mine" just because he couldnt admit he made a mistake i dealt with the managers who were extremely more helpful they do not stock strings so the gave me a gift card towards my purchase for $50 it did however end up costing me $75 for the new string at seminole outdoors but over all i do still shop there as often as i can from now on in the future i will have my bow work done at TALLAHASSEE ARCHERY CENTER

I am a regular for this Bass Pro. I go at least once a week. Today I called and needed to talk to someone at the "Reel Bar" (fishing dept). Customer service transferred me over three times and since no one answered it through me back to the customer service desk. Same guy all three times, after number three he got on the radio and the guy said he just got to the reel bar to answer the phone, turns right around and transfers me back a FOURTH time now. No one answers. Back to the customer service for the fourth time when I finally hung up after a four minute phone call with no help.
