My mom bought a cake for my sons 3rd birthday. Not only was the employee extremely rude to her, he also did a very horrible job on the cake. He didnt do rainbow balloons like we asked; only blue, yellow and orange. When she got the cake my mom asked for a few green balloons since thats my sons favorite color. He put one green balloon on there, and smashed the cake up against the plastic when he snatched it from my mom. There was also random strings of icing just slung on the cake. It was all around very disappointing trip, and including his nasty attitude. Definitely not something you want to deal with on your childs birthday!

It stupid that they close at one in the mornimg now. Because there are people like me and my boyfriend that cant go shopping until he gets off work after 11 pm. Because i go in in the mornings and take the car. Give it to him and he goes in . Which was a big help. We went tonight, September 27, 2017, and they closed at 1. And said thwy started doing it last month. Which is stupid. And they didnt even let public know. So now, my family gets to starve. Thanks.

We used to shop here all the time, but over the last 1-2 years theyve really gone downhill. They are always out of the staples, like milk, eggs, chicken, etc. How do you run out of that stuff? If they DO happen to have it stocked, they will do things like bag raw chicken next to strawberries and contact solution, or dog food on top of eggs and bread. We drive 20 minutes away to avoid this location.

This is one of the better Krogers I have been to. They are always friendly, well stocked, cleaned, and staffed. It stays busy most days, but the cashier lanes are pretty quick. There is a nice beer and wine selection and a Starbucks inside. IN addition, there is a deli, bakery, seasonal department, and a small clothing section.

Overly crowded at times, but nice wide aisles and open space. Easy to navigate except when neighbors cluster and loiter blocking the walking lanes. Great produce section, lots of fresh varieties and well stocked. Meat counter doesnt restock after 7pm it seems. Overall experience is good, just not five stars worthy.

Always busy, but always a great experience. The store is always clean and tidy, items are usually easy to find, and staff - especially at the deli and the checkouts - are extremely helpful and pleasant. The best place for groceries in Middletown, bar none.

It is sooo much better than the Monroe Krogers. We got all that we went after..and it was a lot$200...which is something we never do in Monroe. Helpful employees..good experience around.

I recently moved away from Middletown and this place is the only thing I miss. I was spoiled with this Kroger. It always had everything I needed or wanted.

If you are going to close down to 6 self check outs at night, make sure all six work. I just needed milk, and was not going to wait a half hour to get it.
