Very poor service. The staff are not interested in helping customers but in chatting and strolling around like theyre busy. My husband n I recently went in to purchase a coffee table and had a question. A manager/person in charge of furniture was called to help us. He came by looked at the table n needed to bring it down the shelf. He asked we waited he needed to get a pair of scissors from d front. We waited 30mins n no show. I walked up to d front and there he was chatting with the ladies at the exchange/returns register. He never came back. Same day, we needed pricing on a laundry basket that wasnt able to scan at d price checker. A girl came by n said she would be back with a price gun/scanner n she never did. As we made our way to checkout, there she was walking, talking n laughing. They need a few lessons on retail n customer service.

I Have MS, and had to buy two pairs of shoes to fit the one leg in a brace. I called this evening, to ask if I had to buy two pairs of work boots, and the manager made a point of referencing three times that they check at the register to make sure both shoes are the same. I called Target, and the lady told me to come right on in. Shame on you Kmart and the person I spoke to at the Middleburg Hts location. How Rude!! Like Im going to hobble on down there and swap shoes right after we hang up. You lost my business forever.

I was looking for a patio set and saw a few I was interested in. There were a couple of young kids who worked there and they were just so helpful, such as, checking inventory on the one I wanted. Also checking to see if the umbrella I wanted was in stock. Other stores just didnt give me that personal attention which was very helpful to me in making my decision. I wish I knew their names so I could have added them to this review. They did a great job in helping.!!!

This is like a typical Kmart. The oeuvres here for the most part are good. This store is a bit cluttered and it is hard to find some things. What tasks away from the experience is how difficult it is to check out. There is usually a long line with only 1 cashier. I usually drive further to go to another store for a quick trip because I know Ill have to spend 10 minutes just waiting in line here. Only stop if you are not in a hurry.

This place is terrible. Their employees are yelling at customers and the an employee actually said I dont care if youre a customer Ill still beat you up and theres going to be a fight. On top of that its hard to navigate and theres no one on the floor to help! Ughhh never coming back!!

Extremely unorganized. A lot of products had no price marked. A lot of the health and beauty supplies were very high priced compared to competitor stores. Staff might as well have not been there since I didnt see a staff member until checkout.

What a joke it was not only 85 degrees in there but the cashier didnt listen to me so I couldnt use my gift card nor my $20 in points today! I wanted to use both because they are going out of business and we do not shop there anymore.
