They sold a boys bike with a bent frame. When I returned it to the store for them to give me a new one, they said it happens all of the time and went in the back to "bend" the frame back. Then the associate comes back out after 45 minutes with a half put together bike stating that if I wanted the rest done it would be a charge of 10 dollars. Ridiculous! The manager Jeff was extremely rude and condescending, he is a terrible representative for a toy store. I would go eleswhere for your shopping, they don't care about their customers. The one bright side was that the associate that put the bike together, jesse, was very polite and understanding.

I called this location to ask about a replacement battery for my sons little ride 4-wheeler. I always dread calling anywhere due to the lack of customer service anywhere these days, and I never write reviews for anything either. But I had a wonderful experience that actually left me feeling good! I spoke to a very well mannered man named Josue, I so hope Im spelling your name correctly, he was a doll! Thank you so much for the wonderful call and all of your help! Did I mention he was a doll?!

Outstanding customer service .. This is second or third i forgot even- they do a great job. Nice people. People like Larissa and Cici they make a real difference. They travel extra mile. Such kind of good work ethic should not go unnoticed. Cici is so young, but highly enthusiastic and wanted to do more and she wants to come and help also even though she is a great cashier Please ensure to pass on a nice note for such people Super good

Where do I begin? Well the store was very organized. The staff was nice and helpful. I blame the poor rating on the store owners. The building looks like its falling apart. Broken tiles started my frustration. Then when we got to a certain part of the store, it smelled of toilet water... I kept walking and realized the bathroom is there. I was disgusted and quickly moved to the front of the store.

If you have grandkids like me, this is the perfect place to go for gifts. They always know current trends, and they have stock levels to accommodate everyone. My grandchildren love to see Granny coming because they know Ive been to Toys R Us. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is the access in and out is awkward.

Store was clean and relatively easy to shop. We went to pick up a couple of items in a baby registry. Michael helped us over the register, he was very polite and welcoming. I asked for an item that online showed out of stock and he check in store and surrounding stores availability. Great customer service!

Went in to purchase a water table I saw on sale online for $35.99. This store is down the road from me, so I went in expecting the same price but it was $49.99 I showed the online price to the customer service clerk and he matched the sale price for me, thanks, toys r us!

Who doesnt love a toy store. The mark down items for a good price. They have video games, board games and even I-pads. The only downside is there is usually just 1 register open. Also it is quite a walk from the handicap parking spots. But it is the last best toy store.

Very helpful staff. Went in to buy a boy toy for a 2 year old grand nephew. I have been out of the "toy buying game" for a few decades. Staff was very helpful in pointing me to the age appropriate area to do the speed shopping I was looking to do in my lunch hour.

Dont waste your time buying anything here! They will make excuses to NOT refund/exchange any broken items with a receipts! They are over priced and no customer services! Go to Amazon its cheaper and no hassle on refund!

The store at this location is pretty small. The entrance is hard to see from the road and a little uneasy to pull into because it is on a little bit of a windy downhill slope. Be careful when you pull in!
