Bought some shoes for my grandson there. He tried them on and they didnt fit. So, i boxed them up and I went back to exchange them for another pair. He never went outside just tried them on in my house. They wouldnt take them back and exchange them for another pair of $100 Nike shoes. I Dont understand it. Take note do not buy gifts for your loved ones here. Because you cannot exchange them if they do not fit.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Since when is there no return policies on items? I wore these boots from under 1 hr if that. I got told if I didnt like em within two days I could bring em back, instead I got if I dont break em in they can put them in on a stretcher. They "dont do refunds". So I guess buy boots that you wont have to return!!

The selection of shoes is phenomenal. Having worn only Vans for close to 20 years, I asked for some help from the employee. I wanted to move away from Vans, and find a shoe that could be used for hiking with my kid, but lightweight enough for everyday use. She understood exactly what I needed and found a pair for me quickly.

I love the quality name-brand shoes that I find here, but I have to scour their clearance sections. Im unable to comfortably wear many of the shoes that I find at the discount stores, so I come here. Online shoe shopping is a mixed bag for me, so I come here. That about says it for me.

Fantastic store, yeah some of the shoes get pretty pricey but these are some quality shoes, and not all are super expensive, staff was very helpful and friendly. 100% will be going back whenever I need new shoes again.

Needed a nice pair of shoes for Easter. I NEVER wear anything but sandals and the sales person talked me into trying a wedge...I LOVED THEM! They are very helpful and not pushy at all!
