Ive been here a few times and each time I am left disappointed at the selection at this location and the poor service. While I shopped there was no help as the workers who werent at the counter were busy straightening boxes rather than attending to customers. When I stood in line for about 10 minutes because the guy behind the counter was busy talking to the two ladies ahead of me, I could hear him joking at the expense of other customers and making fun of the place. When I finally got up to the cashier, he dropped any facade of friendliness and didnt even make eye contact as his voice became monotone. When I pulled out my card to pay and began to hand it to him, he took it and didnt offer any discounts or memberships. Overall, the service was really bad and the selection left me wanting more. If you want to go to a Famous Footwear, try the one at Lennox as they have a bigger selection and are much friendlier.

I am completely disgusted with this store! After waiting in line for over 25 minutes (because only one person in the store can handle exchanges) they wouldnt let me exchange my sons shoes. He had only put them on for 5 minutes before he told me that they were too small. They had a few specs of dirt on the bottom. I will NEVER shop here again and I suggest that anyone looking for shoes or good service look elsewhere.

Poorly managed which creates a time consuming shopping experience. The assistant manager was stuck checking out a forever growing line of customers while her fellow employees stood behind shelves of shoes chit chatting, pricing and avoiding eye contact with any and all consumers...

I walked in and was greeted which was cool..but then the little blonde followed me through out the whole entire womens section as I looked for shoes which made me 100% un comfortable...It was ridiculous so I left and Ill never buy my shows from there again..

I understand a "no restroom for general public" but when its a legitmemt EMERGENCY and you still day NO?? When does common sense take over?? So based on this I will not spend my hard earned money here....

Customer service is good when an associate is available and the workers tend to be very friendly. Prices are reasonable and nice to have a local location with a nice selection of brand name quality shoes.

Good selection of shoes, but they apparently dont have a back stock, so if they dont have your size theyll either need to order it, or hold a pair for you at another location. Good service overall.

Salesperson Lea , we told her what kind of shoe we wanted and she went and found several for me to choose from and try on. I found the perfect shoe. She is also a cutie.
