I witnessed some very poor customer service today. There was one, I repeat one employee in the whole store who was in the back of the store marking shoes. My mother, grandmother, and I were in the store for 20 minutes and were never acknowledged. Whats worse is a woman came in wanting to return shoes. She had to call out to the employee twice to get his attention so she could return her shoes until he recluntantky decided to help her, 20 minutes after she arrived. To the management of this store, please train your employees in customer service if you want customers to continue to purchase items from this location.

I had a blast getting my whole family shoes here. We wound up getting the kids shoes for 45 bucks! I think altogether we spent $140. For a family of four, thats awesome! The service was impeccable. She was great with my kids. She was also rather knowledgeable about what I needed. She didnt push the big sale on me but instead gave me options. Worth going back again sometime.

The manager Sharnel had no clue on how to exchange a pair of shoes. I was in the store for over 30mins. She tried to charge me for the shoes I was bringing back and the new shoes i was getting. She got rude because we were growing impatient with her. It was a HORRIBLE. She clearly didnt know anything about customer service. I will never go back to this location.
