The boots are great. The guys working there - not so much. They didnt have the style I wanted in stock but had a similar boot that I could try on. After getting measured the salesman brought out a pair, put them on, laced them up and had me walk around. When I said they felt a little big he said "thats what I expected. Youll need to go a half size down." I then had the audacity to ask if I could try on the boots in the size he was going to order. Apparently, he didnt feel that was necessary, but begrudgingly went back and we went through the process again. After I paid, I asked what size he ordered. He refused to tell me out of fear that I would cancel the order and buy them online. I just laughed and walked out of the store, ready for my new boots to be shipped to my house, never to return to the store again. When the boots did arrive, I noticed that the heel of one boot was separating from the sole. The gap was wide enough that my thumbnail could fit in it. Not something I expected from an expensive pair of boots. I contacted the store to see about an exchange. They ordered a new pair after a bit of protesting. When the new pair came in I took the originals back to the store. When the salesman asked to see what was wrong, I showed him. The response was "oh, thats nothing. You wont get a perfect match. Its a two piece heel." So when I pointed out that the new pair didnt have that issue and that I wasnt keen on having an unworn pair of boots with a defect he rolled his eyes, handed me the box with the new boots, and I left. Sufficient to say, I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. The only reason they get two stars is based on the initial fitting. Everything after that was horrendous.

Great personal service. Although the exact boot I wanted is not available from this company, the person in the store was able to help me find an acceptable alternative with comparable features. Although the alternative boots were not in stock at that location, they shipped them to my work for free and even called me as soon as the invoice had been processed so that I knew when to expect the shipment to arrive. I received the boots brand new in the box 3 business days after visiting the store.

Very helpful and took the time to get my boots for my job ( bricklayer) . Gave us a bunch of tipps to keep the in great shape for as long as possible . I will go back and no more expensive then Carolina Boots Georgia boots

Best boots there are. Store is clean and staff is friendly. They do annoy me about wearing sandals, but its their job I guess.
