The store itself is great!!! Amazing store....horrible customer service, slow service, unfriendly staff, lacks professionalism and lying is obviously a second nature. Paying double retail you would expect for people to keep there word, and not lie to you and not wait 5 days/3 business days to even print a shipping label.

Terrible staff . With nothing but excuses . We brought a pair of yeezys AUTHENTICATED ! After we were told by one of their staff that they would pay a certain amount ,we drove over an hour and when we got there it was nothing but excuses why they wouldnt /couldnt buy the shoes !

Never spoke to a more rude woman at a resale shop in my life. Copped an attitude for me inquiring into how they conduct purchases of exclusive sneakers (fragment 1s, og 1s, etc). Disrespectful with every response. I buy a lot of gear, old and new, will never from here.

Next time your in Detroit check this place out... I dont care if your into the high end sneakers or not its a impressive shop. The 40ft wall of shoes that is 10ft tall is a very impressive sight.. The guys love what they do and you feel it when you walk in.

Horrible staff, rude, and all they want is to sell sneakers to people. Horribly over priced. Some employes are nice, but the owners is a compete jerk. They definitely need to treat people with more respect. Take your money somewhere else! Trust me.
