The staff is 5 stars...I came in looking for a bag, and they had multiple workers check the floor and back room for different options and variations. I purchased a bag here and its held up great, no issues and durable. Checkout staff I want to add was also professional and polite. The okay review is mainly for pricing. You can definitely go to local sporting goods stores, department stores or outlets and find similar if not the same UA apparel/gear for cheaper. The store layout is also quite confined and I wish they had more space especially when you first walk in. Im happy thou the city has an UA store and if you wanna try on and/or look at new products/gear etc. its worth a stop in.

We visited the store this weekend. Really liked the store and it smelled fresh! We could not believe that on September 10th all they had was HeatGear - NO ColdGear. Really surprised! You would of also thought that the HeatGear would of all been on sale - but no deals.
