Ive gone to this place a few times. Im always turned off by the way they speak to you behind a small window as though they were in the middle of a good porn movie and you interupted them. Ive had issues with laptops and their answer is almost always "its probably the mother board." The answer and the attention they give me always sends me away. My last issue was the screen on my laptop is all white. I went to the counter and after calling the "technician", he pops up to the window (that seems like such a huge barrier between the customer). Conversation went like this: Tech: How can I help you? Me: I have a problem with my laptop. Tech: Whats the problem? Me: Are you going to talk to me from the window or over here where my computer is? Tech: (A little huffing and puffing).....whats the problem? Me: (Irritated by his lack of empathy) My laptop doesnt put ot the image on the screen; its all white. I just came from another computer repair shop. They said it was probably the cable. We replaced the cable and that was not the problem. They suggested since the motherboard is cheaper to replace that before replacing the screen. Tech: Well, you have to replace parts to figure out what the problem is..... Me: Are you a TECHNICIAN or a MECHANIC? Tech:.........ugh, ummmm..... Me: I am an electrical contractor.....theyre tecnicians who know what the problem is by diagnosing; and, theyre mechanics who throw parts on something until you get it right.....are you a technician or a mechanic? Tech: ......ummm, well.....you have to replace parts on its until you figure out what the problem is! Me: Obviously, with you standining back there, you dont wnat to service my computer! Tech: Thank you and have a nice day..... Notice how other reviews from this place has been similar. Some take putting a whole bunch of new parts as good customer service; I, on the other hand, do not agree. How would you like for me to go to your house because your outlet doesnt work. I turn around and tell you "well, we should start by replacing your electrical panel (the motherboard) to see if that will fix the problem! If you, the customer, told ME...."A-Hole......did you check the breaker?" If I treated you the way Delta treated me, you have a RIGHT to call me AN A-HOLE!!!!!!!

My desktop computer had a CPU overheating problem. I told them the issue, and said it also crashed when trying to run games like Starcraft 2. They said they would take a look and call me with a diagnosis in a few days. One phone call-less week later, I checked the status of the work order online and found it had been repaired and was ready for pickup. According to the rep, they had fixed the overheating error and tested Starcraft 2 without issue. I fired up my PC at home and found theyd installed SpeedFan on it to check all the internal component temps. My CPU was running at 104°C! I then tried to test Starcraft 2. It had to download over 200MB of updates before it could launch! No way theyd tested it at the store. So basically, I waited a week and paid $53 for them to not fix anything and lie to me about it.

Id give these guys more than 5 stars if I could. Needed to reinstall OS on a several-year-old desktop PC. With the original disks, Delta reinstalled the OS on my reformatted hard drive, and reinstalled the OEM software at not additional charge. I needed to add memory, and they told me to bring it back within 30 days with the memory modules and theyd add the memory at no extra charge. Then a week later, a different computer (a notebook) stopped working properly--display slowly gave out. Over the phone, they told me what they thought the problem was. Their charge to diagnose the problem included the fix (reconnecting a loose connection). In both cases, they turned around the work ahead of schedule. Outstanding service, patient staff.

My company has been working with Delta for the past year. They assist us with all of our back-up and networking needs. Recently had a hard drive crash on one of our machines. They were quick to respond and solved the issue in no time. Because of their back-up procedures and anti-virus programs, we did not loose any data and the machine was restored. I would definitely recommend Delta Computers for any small business networking needs.

I have purchased new and used computers here over many years Many computers have been serviced here for me. The normal down time is always just a couple of days, and very cost effective. I would and have recommended them to many people. Anytime I can spend money locally and not sacrifice anything, I do it. Great service and pricing.

Was told the part would fit into my motherboard. Gave them the exact model I had. Assured it would fit. Turns out, it doesnt fit, at all. And when I went to return, they charged me a $5 Re-Stocking Fee. Payed $5 to waste my day driving back and forth and attempting to install.
