The prices are High,they are always having sales which is fine But if they Lowered their prices they wouldnt have to constantly have sales and they would Actually get more Customers. It sure would be nice to be able to afford to shop there more often.

Very small store, not much of a selection. Its like corporate opened the store and then lost its address. In an area like this, it needs to be updated and expanded

A wide selection of fabrics. I wish they would have more of a selection of Art and hobby supplies, like the other Jo-Ann Stores in Columbus.

Great selection! It doesnt look so big from the outside, but inside theres a very nice selection. The staff is helpful and attentive.
