Im done with this store. Ive been living in this area for more than two years. I sew and this is the closest fabric store. There are some good employees here but a couple that are just nasty. Recently, they started locking their poorly maintained bathrooms and Ill go home before using their restroom. Whats worse is that they dont care about the fabric. It is often upside-down, on the floor, or in the wrong section. You have to double check and make sure the fabric is on sale before they cut it because odds are it was in the wrong section. Id rather drive South.

I had almost given up on Joanns! I used to live in Pinellas co and had to shop at the Tyronne or Palm Harbor store. Customer service sucked, selection and inventory were always disapointing! The wait at the cutting table took forever at both locations! I recently moved and went into the New Port Richey store and it was like a breath of fresh air! I love my fabric store again! Great customer service, huge selection, everything is stocked, and I have never had to wait more then just a minute or two to have my fabric cut!

Went here on the afternoon of August 27th. Not only is the two stall bathroom literally falling apart...its not maintained and the only roll of toilet paper is covered in feces because the dispenser is broke...and I had to wait for ten minutes to get access to it because the cashier has a key to it. As I left the old lady having a bathroom emergency was hobbling in as fast as she could. I wanted to speak with the manager but she was "busy" in the back room I was told and would be a few minutes.

Customer service at this store SUCKS. They are always trying to push you out the door 15 minutes before it closes. They need to let the customers do their shopping while they are actually in the store and STOP ASKING THEM TO COME BACK TOMORROW!!!! Who ever is the regional manager of this store, needs to fire the manager and get someone who is serious about their responsibilities.

This is a great store. It has the best yarn selection for miles! It is always clean and the majority of the associates are helpful. My only reason for not giving five stars is that they have all of the fragrant items at the checkout area... for an asthmatic like myself, it can sometimes be rough.

I had a bad experience at the New Tampa location just yesterday. I was very pleased with the service I received at this location. Everyone was very nice very helpful. Linda at the cutting counter was extremely helpful and very patient. I will definitely stick with this location from now on.

First time I have ever walked into a JoAnns and could not find a person that was craft savvy. No one moved from there counter. Going back to St Pete store. Always helpful.

Bathrooms are discussing! The staff is very friendly. Its a large store with great selection. I avoid this particular store if possible, just because of the restrooms.

Medium size store but go to New port Richie for a larger store if you need the selection. No frame shop at this location tho.
