I think that this store needs an over haul. The employees are not knowledgable. I just went in there and they did not know the colors for the Special Olympics scarves..That is a big deal for people who knit and crochet. I knew that I needed a navy blue in Red Heart Super Saver.... they didnt have any at all! I also teach Lo9om Knitting and I send my students there for items for projects. I gave them a list that included WorstedWeight yarn. I had putit as WW yarn. The clerks gave them worshable wool. WW has stood for worsted weight for as long as I can remember. I started buying ww yarn over40 years ago... I think this store is going downhill .

Their selection isnt that great and the employees have to be found if you need help even when theyre not busy (as opposed to say, the reynoldsburg location that is much larger, has wonderful selection and always has employees walking around checking if you can find things). I only come to this location for the convenience of it being closer to where I live than others when I need something generic, like elastic or a crochet hook.

Ive been going to this JoAnn Fabrics for decades. They have a huge selection of all types of fabrics but Ive also purchased an endless amount of ribbons, floral and craft materials. Love that they offer great discounts via texts etc., too. Sad to say most (not all) employees are always complaining and have a negative attitude. This has been going on as long as I can remember.

There have a good assortment of fabrics, but the store is a bit limited in other crafting supplies. Its also looked mostly the same for about 20 years, now, and is a bit dated and cramped, in my opinion. I would really like to see this store up-grade and get a newer, larger store front so that they could have a larger selection.

I always get good service at Joann Fabrics, in Lancaster Ohio. I just wish it was one of the bigger store, like in Reynoldsburg Ohio.
