Finding stuff is easy, its standing in line is like waiting for a ride at Disney World. The wait is ridiculous. Manager needs to get their employees to call for backup when theres more than 1 persom waiting in line. Or when older people start having a conversation with the employee, call for back up. Or when customers are hunting for their coupons online, call for backup. Even if the backup cashier is up there for a second it makes the line go faster and you dont have pissed off customers leaving the store and then write reviews like this .

Im always able to find great deals on the fabrics Im wanting that part is a 5☆ but the waiting in line to have fabric cut is RIDICULOUS yesterday I stood in line for 20min and it had only moved 1 person, they had only 1 employee back at the cutting station with 10ppl in line I walked out without making Any purchases. 0☆ for customer care.

Decent selection, but I have given this store 1 star due to the rude staff. Walked around for 10 minutes looking for anyone to help me and the moment I find someone, they cant even stop for a minute to help me. Would recommend going across the street to Michaels

This is a very nice Jo-Ann Fabric Store - large selection of fabric and craft items. Its especially a good place for home decorating fabrics and supplies. Theres lots of fleece, battings, notions, etc. etc.

Having Jo-Ann Fabric so close is quite an advantage. Their selection is diverse and the fabrics are in the mid price range. Great for quilters, but not much of a choice for garment sewers
