My wife said excuse me to a worker so she could ask a couple of questions the lady looked and kept walking. When she finally caught up she was assisting another customer as if my wife werent important. Finally the lady named Jane said. What do you need? My wife said I needed you to look up a certain grill Im looking for cause I dont see it. She gave my wife a blank stare and said ok.... What do you want? My wife said I need to know if you can check to see if you have a 17 inch grill in a box not already assembled. She said no we only have these as if it was a bother that my wife wanted more knowledge on their grills. She was the rudest employee and apparently did not want to do her job. I thought you were supposed to ask for help?? Meanwhile I will continue to drive the extra 15miles to go to the Canal Winchester one. I will steer everyone clear of this location. Spoke with a manager named Chris not sure what good it will do. I never pull race cards but compared to how she reacted to the Caucasian couple then my wife. She seemed like a racist to me. Maybe Im wrong. I will be calling corporate.

I asked 3 different people for assistance on a garage door opener. Litterally got blown off all 3 times. The first 2 said it wasnt there area and when they are done doing what they are doing theyd page someone else to help me. The last lady was the one that was working the area and was too busy doing other stuff to assist. I wouldnt have been too upset other than i spent the last half hour trying to get help. I told her never mind id just goto menards and buy the one they had on sale. Sorry to have bothered all of you!

Worst staff, not knowledgeable and you are bothering them if you need something. They will not go out of their way, heck they wont even try. I was remodeling my bathroom and to get flooring was a complete chore. Waited 45 minutes for the guy to finally help just to tell me he has to order it and itll take 2 weeks to come in. I went to Lowes and received great service and exactly what I wanted! Will only return to this store if in a bind since they are closest to my home but that is the only reason why!

Hate to say it worse home depot experience Ive ever had. Lumber assistant was great help. There were employees yelling for other employees home depot employees talking about the break room and whos hiding in it. (Older lady working for home depot). After numerous excuses for call offs I only sat at the pro desk for 30 minutes in attempt to check out. Glad my son is waiting on this lack or organization.

Came there planning on buying multiple kitchen appliances, salespeople couldnt have been less helpful. We then made the right choice & went to Lowes on S. High st instead and purchased a fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. And yes, home depot sales team was raising the prices on what we were asking about as we were looking at the items. Never seen that before.

Every time I go into the Grove City Home Depot have the worst customer service. Carolyn at customer service argued with me that one item I was returning was used when clearly it wasnt used. Although I dont like going to the West Broad store just due to the location I will go out of my way just to avoid going to The Grove City location due to poor customer service

Its a decent Home Depot. Not the best, not the worst. People are very friendly and helpful. I typically have very odd requests and searches, so they usually have no idea what Im looking for and I cant say its their fault. Paying for your stuff and getting out of the store in a timely manner could be vastly improved.

They had to call 3 timed for assistance in wiring. Took 20 min for someone to get there. On checkout an item scanned wrong. I pointed it out to the cashier. I pointed to the big sign with the price. She rescanned it and was not willing to change it to the advertised price. Service sucks.

Great experience today purchasing fence stain. An employee named Ethan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assure I had everything required for my project. He was truly excellent and Ill definitely seek him out in the future for other project needs.
