I went to get some stain on Jan 20 at around 8:15 pm for a project Im doing. there was an older guy working at the paint desk when I passed the desk. i was in the stain area for at least 15 minutes without him coming over to see if I needed help. when I brought the stain I wanted color added to over to the desk the employee was gone. i noticed he was over on the computer near the service desk. it looked like he was looking up stuff on the home depot website but he was not helping a customer. i stood at the paint desk for at least 5 minutes and he did not turn around to check the paint desk for customers. i left.

Doors/ windows department is useless. Ordered custom interior doors from Jeld-Wen, that took over a month to receive, then come to find out all the pre-drilled hinges were all different sizes (after I spent about 6 hours painting them). Ken in that department was not helpful at all. Didnt even apologize for the mishap. Blamed Jeld-Wen for the mistake and wrote a note on my account saying their Jeld-Wen rep would be calling me today....Im still waiting....waiting...... Never custom ordering anything from Home Depot again. What a nightmare.

Whatever new I bought from them, was used. First of all, I bought chainsaw and had oil dripping before I opened. Also, looked like chain was used due to scratches etc. Second, I bought trimmer and chain was banded bad. 3rd, Wall lamp with half screws missing 4th, my wife bought key hanger with HOME letters. 3 crews were missing and 1 out of 4 hangers as well.

Plainly put customer service does not know what they are doing. Lady at the customer service desk was rude and wasnt able to help at all. Needed to pay for an online order with store credit. One said they could do it another said they couldnt. Left very unhappy. Its Home Depot store credit. Should be able to.

Today, four blessed guys in flooring dept. helped me to get my stuff, finally the assistance manager herself struggled with other managers to make me have a very good deal. I loved their devotion and love for their job. God bless u all with my appreciation and regards.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I bought a water fountain and asked an employee to help me load it in my car. While I was paying for the fountain he disappeared and never came back. This is the second time I have experienced a bad customer service in the same store.

This location has almost always been a pleasure to shop at, most of their service staff very helpful and informed. 9 times out of 10 they had what i needed, er, what i discovered i needed. Theyre getting it done at this one, its worth the drive.

I got an issue with all Home Depot locations. Turning off NFC readers to stop customers from using Android Pay/Apple Pay. Next thing you know, they will stop accepting credit cards. Why not "Cash only" policy while youre at it.

Worst retail experience I ever had. Trying to by remnant with tag on it and took 45. Minutes at checkout cause didnt match computer. 6 workers later finally for a 40 dollar rug. Cost me two employees pay. NEVER again.

Terrible Service! Guy in Department couldnt answer questions! Asked for a Manager waited 10 minutes and he never showed up so I left and they lost an 800 dollar sale!!!!!
