Found shopping experience was overall good. Sales personnel were friendly and knowledgable. Management helped with material flaw. Had bad experience with installer we initially hired for our job who we found on a list on contractors available at the front desk. They are not employees of the store but just a list of local contractors. Our initial installer (Mr Morgan)gave us a good quote and offered his discount if he bougjt material. Sounded llike nice guy. He over ordered $1000.00 of marble tile and was mad not apologetic that we found out. Contractors can return unused material for cash refund. Have sales staff calculate and verify the amount of material needed. Store management is aware of our experience with this installer and months later he is still on the contractors list. We picked another installer on same list(Anton Sili) with us supplying material. Job looks great but after afew months of setteling the grout in corners are seperating/cracking. I was given date for repair. When i contacted Mr Sili on that day he said he would call me back. He never did and never answered my call or 3 texts. I have a written 5 yr guarantee from Mr Sili. Im disheartened with my experiences.

Beautiful selection & helpful staff! I was slightly overwhelmed when walking in the door to see the large selection. With the help of Jeremy, I was able to select and purchase all the tile and grout for 5 rooms & 3 showers/baths in under 2 hours time. His recommendations were excellent & gave me some great ideas & inspiration on design & options that I otherwise would not have considered. I am so grateful for his help! Our home turned out beautifully & we receive many compliments on the tile and design of how its laid. When a few tiles were broken at delivery, they quickly found replacements, and he personally drove to the other location to pick them up, so that it didnt put us off schedule a bit. I highly recommend the Tile Shop! I will definitely be returning for any of our tile purchases in the future. And as a random side note, this place was fun for my kids. They even have a little kid area with books and crayons for the kids.

I have to start out by saying that I am a very patient mom of two young boys. Typically nothing phases me... Until I walked into the tile shop today. I was absolutely appalled at the customer service the Manager Alan Arbour displayed to me this morning. The second I walked through the door and approached him, he gave me attitude, he kept talking down to me and acting as if I was bothering him. I actually asked him why he was being rude to me? I understand he may be busy and its the Holidays, but lets not forgot his JOB as manager of the store is to have a friendly dispostion and to be happy to help the buyers. Im leaving this review to make it known that indeed the product is nice BUT it the customer service that was displayed today will have me shop else where for any of our building and renovation needs.

First Lila was our sales women and she was amazing! My husband and I went to the Tile Shop today-being our first big house project we were pretty nervous that we would be pushed in the wrong direction- Lila was very knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted without pushing just for the sale! We were in and out so fast, felt super comfortable with our choices ! We are so excited to get this project started and Lila really went above and beyond to make our experience great. The price was better than expected and they had plenty to choose from. We will be back for our future projects!

I took their tile class on a saturday and found it very informative in helping me install my own tile in my bathroom,It Looks GREAT and I get a real sense of gratitude knowing I did it. I have been back a few more times and I will have to say I am always greeted by the friendly staff and they always help me out I would highly recommend the tile shop over all the rest of the places in the area ! I went here after previously going into Lifestyles next door. When the two are compared side by side it is clear which one is supperior. The tile shop has nice displays, but the staff, service and price next door are far superior. I would aviod this place and go somewhere the staff cares (unless of course you dont know anything, which is what it looked most of the customers didnt).

Weve purchased tile from the Tile Shop a few times, after also visiting some of the other shops in the area. We always find the sales staff knowledgeable, helpful and busy. Be prepared to wait a bit. Staff recommendations on contractors have also been good. Tile selection is broad and the room vignettes give you many ideas on current trends in home design.

We liked the choices of tile at this store and the number of displays that they have there which give you excellent ideas on what you can do with tile. The customer service needs to be improved though. Not all the employees there are an issue, but certain ones are hurried and seemingly rush you around.
