I believe the only people that gave this store a positive rating must work there. Service is terrible, it seems most employee are clueless about the area they work in (when you can fine one). Check out is just as bad. One or two lanes open at the most, and the self service lanes are packed as well. I only go there when I really need something quick and I cant get it at Lowes which is in the same shopping center. One more thing, most employee are very unfriendly. I dont expect anything else but a little help and most of them are acting like they are doing you a favor.

Hard to find help. Cashier said she would get help to load purchased fence but no one came to help. Hard to get out of store when a gauntlet of crap lines both sides of the exit. The doors barely allow fencing to leave the store. Tried calling for more than an hour to ask about availability and after initial recorder answer and phone tree no one answered or wrong department answered. Typical for this store which is atypical for a company that prides itself on being much better than this. Unusual for Home Depot in general.

I have to give mixed reviews. It was difficult finding anyone to help me as i purchased lumber, fencing and some bulky stuff. The bright side is there were 3 very nice and helpful employees so I cant be negative totally, but someone needs to get the total store on a customer service mode. Thanks to the 2 lovely ladies who helped and were friendly and one young man who went out of his way to ask if any one needed help. Wish they were in lumber and building supplies.....

Im so upset about my Christmas Tree I purchased. I keep it watered but it shed so bad . My tree is so bald at the bottom my kids wanted to throw it away and wanted me to buy a fake tree. I spent to much money on our tree to just sit back and not say anything. This is ridiculous. My children is so upset. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER TREE FROM THIS STORE!!! I even have pictures

I went in on a Tuesday evening and placed an order with the Pro Desk for pick-up Thursday Am at 9:30am the same week they said it would not be a problem and order would be pulled Wednesday evening. My contractor showed up on Thursday AM at 9:30am and order was not ready. Order was finally ready at 12:30pm after I called and was hold for quite some time and spoke to a Manager.

This store is extremely poorly staffed. Ive about had it. Half the self checkout lanes work and the only other options are the 1 or 2 "pro" check out lanes where the line moves slow from everyone buying building materials. I dread going to this place. Finding a decent cart can even be drag. Guess Ill start going to Lowes even though I dont really like that place.

My friend stopped to pick up a grill that shed ordered for her husband, however upon arriving the she learned home depot wrongly released the grill to another person. Instead of correcting their mistake the manager Diane Walkulski was dismissive and told my friend to call the police and refused to help her. I hope no one buys from this Home Depot.

Most of the time this Home Depot is pretty good. They usually have what I need, and the workers are helpful. However, sometimes they are painfully slow at getting what I need off the shelves, and some employees are better than others.
