If I can give a ZERO out of 5, I would instead of the 1. Terrible company. Took my Mac for repair 2 months ago, and they told me they can fix it. I had a cracked screen which needed a replacement. I had a new screen I purchased online for them to use, manager told me I need something else to add and showed me what to buy. To cut everything short, I got all the right parts needed to get it fixed. The manager said he will start working on it that same afternoon. Called after 3 days and manager told me he needed a special gloves to wear in fixing it and hes out of it thats why he hasnt fixed it. He kept tossing me around for 2weeks. I called to ask why it hasnt been fixed and he told me he has big fingers and is unable to fix it so hes waiting for his coworker to fix it and that was on a thursday 8/21. Friday evening 8/22, I get a long email from the manager saying hes sorry about the inconvenient but they are unable to fix the mac because they dont have the right tools to fix it so I should come pick my laptop up. The annoying thing is him telling me hes not going to charge me for his time. Went to the shop on Saturday to ask whats going on and one of the workers got very out of control when I told them to put my laptop back into the state I brought it in because they dismantled everything and said I should take it somewhere else. He took my laptop and threw it out of the door and told me to step out of his property. I had to call in the police to come over and take a statement. Think twice before taking your laptop there. Very rude, unprofessional, misleading, liars and definitely dont know what they are doing.

I had taken my Dell Laptop into 3 other shops, they all told me the motherboard needed replaced, which would pretty much cost the same as a new laptop, I had a newer laptop and refused to believe that the motherboard needed replaced, Josh? or Jason? at the store told me, that a lot of shops will say its the motherboard because they are lazy and want to charge top dollar for the fix, said he would take a look at it for FREE... he called me back the next day and said they had figured out the issue and it was not a motherboard issue at all, and could fix it for 1/4 of the cost of the motherboard!! I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THESE GUYS!! VERY HONEST!!! and spoke to me in terms I could understand!! my laptop is running GREAT after a week, no hibernation issues and it powers off normally.

Took my laptop in expecting to wait days, I had a lot of pop ups and couldnt do anything online, Jason the manager said since I had gotten it in so early in the day they should be able to have it back to me by the end of the day, but worst case would be the next day. They DID get it finished that day and was very happy with my experience, great service and much cheaper than other shops I checked with. , Jason was able to speak to me in terms I could understand and not "TECH" terms, felt very welcome there!I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

They offered me a 100% free Diagnostic, called me back within an hour and told me what I had figured, Malware:( They cleaned it up, and even supplied me with free add ons in Chrome to keep me protected, had my laptop back the next day!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!
