I would not recommend anyone to this business. Poor customer service and dishonest! I NEVER received any feedback about what the issue was with my laptop, only to be charged $236 for replacing the hard drive without first being notified that was the problem. They claim to offer fast repair service but they had my laptop longer than stated and when I went to pick it up, it still wasnt there...they claim miscommunication with the techician....lies. DO NOT take your computer/laptop here theyre scammers and they will OVERCHARGE you!

I am very impressed with On Call Tech. My computer was having major problems and they were always quick to respond. They were very willing to work with me when things got more complicated. They will treat you honestly, which is more you than you can say for many computer places.

Great job! Dont usually review products or services, but it was really a perfect job, I broke my laptop screen and they fixed it really fast, were nice and not super technical and the price was right. Will go back.
