This place is just AWFUL.The worst experience my family has had yet with any type of health professionals. It has now been 2 months that my fiance has been waiting on his eye glasses. Every time we go down there to the location theyre closed. Ive made several phone calls and the answering system was filled so couldnt leave a message until recently and that was a week an a half ago and I still havent heard anything. I continue to call and get NO ANSWER or I go there and its CLOSED! Im contacting the BBB. This is totally unacceptable for a business. And especially when you are accepting people insurance and they cant go NO where else after you done charged the insurance company for the glasses and etc. Because our insurance only covers a pair every 3 years and we can not afford to purchase a pair and eye exam from our pockets right now. SHAME ON YOU UNION OPTICAL!

The first time I came here I felt very comfortable with the eye doctor and his assistant but it took at least 6 weeks to receive my glasses and every time I try to contact this store no one answers! When I have a message I hear nothing back. Even though their hours are listed and I only arrive even theyre supposed to be open and not one time gave they been open! I feel like I dont matter as a customer not to mention they ordered the wrong pair of glasses for my mother and it took her two months to get them back.
