My fiance and I went to have our eyes examined. I ordered new contacts which came a week later. She ordered a new pair of glasses, this is 3 weeks and 2 excuses later still no glasses. The first excuse was that they came in broken from the lab, the next was they came in with the wrong prescription. What will be next?

Dr. Michelle Glass is awesome!! She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She was knowledgable and personable. Also the front desk staff was great and give great advice when they help pick out glasses. Cant wait to get my new glasses in.
