Sadly, I have used this office for several years. Was treated rudely and dismissively by the staff last time in. Had to spend a certain amount of Health Savings Account $ - my fault I waited to last day. But not an excuse to be totally rude. I decided to pick out frames and asked the desk staff for help - they just sat and looked at me. So, I went on and picked two frames. When I asked them if I had the right size the person in charge at the desk replied "well you picked them out" . I was astounded but was late for work and had to spend that money. Will never visit this office again but willing to give another location a try.

Dr. Nisbet and his staff are simply the best. I have been a patient for many years (as well as several members of my family) and would consider going nowhere else. Over the years, Dr. Nisbet has proven himself to be such a caring and compassionate person; and the best at what he does- without question! His staff at the Tri-County office are the perfect match, too. You will not find a friendlier, more knowledgeable group of people.Ttry them one time and you wont go anywhere else either.

Wing Eye Care in Tri-County is the ONLY office I have ever been satisfied with! they deliver the BEST customer service Ive ever seen in a doctors office. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant, had a remarkable smile and had all the right answers to my questions. She is truly a nice woman. All in all my experience was rated 10 out of 10. I will never go to a different office, even though I live 5 miniutes from another. Thank you!

Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment waited over a hour didnt see doctor, limited frames selection, staff seemed to not care about providing good service. Literally no sense of urgency from anyone in the building. Overhear doctor disusing politics with another person while multiple people are just waiting. Walked out will be taking my money somewhere that shows interest in taking it.

I have been buying my glasses from this Wing location for many many years. My wife and I are always treated extremely well and theres never a problem if I ask for something or once when I decided I wanted different glasses than what I ordered when they came in. Steve (the manager) always makes everything right because Customer service is number one there. Wing Tri County is the best!

I love this location and the people in it. Everyone, from the receptionist, doc, and optician who fit me for my frames were sweet, personal, and most of all professional. I live somewhat of a distance from the location, but its definitely worth the trip. They made me feel as if I was their client for years, and I will definitely recommend this location to fam and friends. Kudos:)

My family and I have been going here for 5 or 6 years now and I have no complaints about the practice. Dr Nisbet is a fantastic Doctor and the staff is a fantastic staff. We will miss Jerry. Pam the optician was fantastic with my 10 yr. old son in teaching him how to put contacts in. It was his first time and he was very comfortable with her. Keep up the good work.

A big thank you to Wing Eye care for helping me avoid a near crisis today. On vacation from Michigan, I forgot to pack my contact lenses. Im pretty non-functional without them. Sharon kindly provided me with a sample 5 day pack in my prescription and refused to let me pay. Thank you, Wing Eye care!

The ladies that work the desk were very nice but Ive been waiting over a month for my glasses to come in. They never informed me about the problem that came up. When I called on thurs. I was told my glasses would be in by the next day and now a week later still nothing.

The staff, and Doctor N. are ALWAYS very pleasant, importantly very helpful. I have been a patient for a very long time, my daughter just a few years. My mother a fairly new patient 2 years. We have never had a bad visit... Keep up the EXCELLENT work that you all do.

Brought my daughter in for her first vision test. Everyone was helpful and kind, really took the edge off for my daughter who is apprehensive over most visits to any Dr. Would definitely recommend.
