I received the worse services ever by the Eye Doctor here. He was very rude and disrespectful. I informed him that the contacts he prescribed me felt lime blisters and they became blurry after an hour. He stated that he would reorder another brand and would call me when they arrive. When the contacts arrived. They were 3 different brands and one of the brands was the same brand that I informed him that it caused blisters in my eyes. When I informed the doctor this information he yelled and argued with me stating that I never told him that the contacts felt like blisters and that I stated that they felt like glass was in my eyes. "Its that the same feeling" but none the less if stated that the contacts gave me issues why reorder the same contacts. He stated that I was having a hissy fit "his words" bc I didnt get what I wanted. As for me being a patient I would expect for a better type of hospitality and expect especially if I am the one that will be wearing the contacts. I would like it to be comfortable. He was rude and disrespectful and belittle me as I spoke. He acted very cocky and appeared to not care of anything that I was telling him about my eyes. Worse office ever! I should have never left Pearl Vision.

I had originally went to Americas best, but after waiting a week to get my first pair, i decided to go back to lenscrafters for my replacement. They have quality. Plain and simple. Belinda met me at the door and assisted me. I found the perfect pair and she requested the prescription but Americas best would not fax it over. With each call the Americas best employee got more and more combative. When i finally drove to pick it up, i got back to lenscrafters to discover that Americas best had given me a blank prescription!! The doctor signed a blank prescription! There wasnt even a name on it, only a doctors signature! Instead of going back and forth with those morons, Belinda at lenscrafters was able to use their equipment to get the info from my broken pair. She is a smart cookie! And kind and courteous too! I will never shop anywhere else!

It was a very busy Sunday but the entire staff was on their A game. The girl at the front desk was polite and cheerful from start to finish. I didnt have to wait very long to see Dr. Lezaj. He did get on to me for waiting so long for an eye exam. But he also gave m some on the nose advice for dealing with my allergies. The LensCrafters staff where friendly and informative. I got a great new pair of glasses and a price on some Rx shades. They were able to fit me with my new specs on the same day. Im very happy with their service.

Dr. Lezaj was great! I didnt have to wait at longer than 5 minutes when I arrived for my appointment. He was attentive and very professional. The place is very clean and the staff were also great.

I beg to differ, my experience was fabulous. .Dr was very polite and concerned. I did not wait but maybe 15 minutes to be seen. Place is clean.
