I went to the Canton FFF yesterday (Sun). I knew what I wanted, called to make sure they had one in stock, and went in once they confirmed. Basically, as Im waiting for someone to help me, another clerk answered the phone. Just so happens that whomever was on the phone wanted the same rifle I wanted. When I told another clerk what I wanted he grabbed it off the rack... just then the other clerk gets off the phone, comes over and tells the clerk helping me that the gun was on hold. My jaw dropped. Im standing there w/ cash in hand, and they were willing to turn me away in hopes that this caller comes in? Luckily for me, I guess, the clerk went to check inventory in the back and there was another, and I did buy it. But I seriously doubt I will go back there again. If it werent Sunday and someone else would have been open, I would not have helped support these types of policies. Too bad. PS: Like someone else here, I too had my purchase ring up at $619, but the rifle tag said $639. They really need to be on top of price changes. It was a slap to the face knowing Id probably missed a sale by a day or two. Se la vie, on to the next...

I like the place, the workers are nice and they are friendly. However, everytime I buy a pistol I get a delay (not FFF fault) but everywhere else I buy pistols, I get called back within 24 hours to come pick up my purchase. FFF has a policy that if you get delayed, the sales person gives you a date and the policy is to NEVER call even if approved. This policy is good for the business (I guess) but bad for the patron. As long as they continue this policy, I will be buying my firearms and products somewhere else. I pick up my last pistol purchase tomorrow and I wont be back. Bad policy FFF, you should appreciate and treat your customers better.

Great place to go for any outdoor needs. Ive bought 2 firearms (one new, one used) from them now and they have been great. The staff is friendly and relatable, has the knowledge on their products which is super helpful, and makes the process super easy to purchase. Great selection, and glad they have hunting/fishing services as well. Only complaint is the strange hours because I work most days so it can be tough to get in at times, but other then that couldnt be more satisfied with the terrific location and staff!

First time in store had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Every question I needed answered they were able to do so. Also for as busy as they were when I was there the staff didnt seem stressed out and also had enough people on hand to handle the crowd especially during there gun sale they had on. The selection to choose from was nice but not as big as some other outdoor sports stores. I recommend this store if you are market for buying a gun.

I went to the Canton store with my wife to buy her a hand gun for mothers day, we already had a good idea of what gun we were going to purchase but the sales person still had us check different guns to be certain we were making an informed decision. The sales associate made my wife and I feel very comfortable and confident as this was our first hand gun purchase. The professional conduct of this associate guarantees we will continue to make FFF our store of choice.

The store is generally ok , walked in one day 45 minutes to closing asked to have some fishing line spooled on my reel , Called fishing guy upfront , that guy was as rude as he could be , I asked for 25lb test , said ( what do you want that for ) I am going surf fishing in ocean next week , Every time I am in there it is the same story with that person , rude with a giant attitude , maybe he owns the place , I guess I can go to Kames or Gander mountain - Richard

John in the Canton fly fishing department is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I have enjoyed multiple fly tying and fly casting courses led by John, which are always extremely well done and informative. He makes Fin, Feather, Fur Outfitters the place to be for all your fly fishing needs! The rest of the fishing crew, especially Mark, are also always very helpful as well for ice and other types of fishing. Thank you!

Since I really like this store, is the only reason they are getting a 3 after todays visit. Went in to order a new gun AND buy a new gun. Salesman ordered the wrong gun, told us to go to a gunsmith for the scope mount and was not real happy about us wanting to even order a gun. Lost a cash sale and damn near the sale of the gun that was ordered. Plus a $1000 scope that will not be getting purchased there either.

I am young and i look extremely young. I love firearms, i am a responsible owner and of legal age to purchase any fire arm and can even buy class 3 firearms. I go into FFF and no one ever offers to help me or they just give me strange stares. I cant stand places that do this to me, it makes me feel very uncomfortable. I am not happy with FFF and rather go somewhere else that will appreciate my business.

i have been shopping there for at least 20 years.Never had a bad experience.All sales people have been helpful.Girls at the help desk signed a sympathy card for a friend that passed and mailed the card to my friends family, they took the time to go around the store and get all the sales people to sign it.You wont get service like that at any other store.

Just got back from the location in Canton. Had the flier for the ads that started today. Got there as the doors opened at 10:00. The trail cams they had in there sale ad where gone already. Sales person told me they were honoring the sales ad yesterday. . Thats nice.!!!!!!! Gander Mountain , and Kames will be getting my business from now on,

Good prices, quality products, and great people. I enjoy going there to drool and dream, when walking through the isles. You may have to be patient, as multitudes of others like this place as well. Thanks to the guys and gals that work at Fin. I dont know how you maintain your sanity at times, with the number of customers served!

I have purchased 3 firearms here,and have nothing but good to say about them. 3 guns,3 different sales people and they all listened to what I was lookinh for and were very helpful. Wont go anywhere else. Bought a gun on Sat.gun was to go on sale Sun.so the young lady had them give it to me for sale price. Will be back

I will never ever buy anything from Finfeather fur again their customer service people were extremely rude to me and would not even consider returning something I had bought.other stores will get my business I buy a lot of sporting goods because we do a lot of hunting and fishing but never again from Finfeather fur

Dealt with Bruce (North Canton store) for a new firearm. Not only is Bruce extremely knowledgable and friendly, but every individual that works there is. This is a great place with great prices. Because of those things, I will continue to give business to The Fin over the other local competitors.
