When I was looking for a place to buy my ring to propose to my fiance I had to look no further than Glenn Fishers. I did not want any typical off of the shelf ring, I wanted to design it myself, and right from the start Bill was as excited as I was to get started! Bill was with me every step of the way, not only doing his best to understand what I was envisioning, but also giving me insight. He went out of his way to order in each gem so that I could pick which I liked best and got me exactly the setting I was envisioning. With the help of Bill and all the outstanding staff at Glenn Fishers I was able to give my Fiance the ring of her dreams and one that is all its own. When it was all said and done, I was floored at how amazing the price was, less than half of a comparable ring from a mainstream jeweler! For these reasons we have been back to Glenn Fisher Jewelry for our wedding bands, our bridal party gifts, and now even presents for family members. Every time we walk in the door Bill greets us by name, with a smile on his face. Not only will we continue to return to Glenn Fishers for all of our jewelry needs, but I will make special trips back to town just to deal only with them. I cant say enough about this business and Bill; and I feel truly blessed to have had them be a part of my wedding process.

Going through the process of buying an engagement ring can be very intimidating. I was turned off by the high pressure tactics used in many of the large commercial jewelry stores. I found the relaxed approach at Glen Fishers to be very comforting and reassuring. The salesperson I worked with was knowledgeable and sought to find me exactly what I wanted in my budget. Rather than try to get me to "trade up" and go beyond what I wanted to spend, they showed me how I could get the most value for my dollar. More than anything, I was impressed by the incredible quality and the variety of stones and settings available. No commercial jeweler could touch the quality and intricate details on some of the settings Glen Fisher was able to order from their suppliers. I found a ring that looked as if it cost twice what I paid for it, and it was more unique than anything I had came across in any chain store. I highly recommend Glen Fishers if youre looking for something unique and want serviced at a high level.

I visited the store by the advice of a friend who has used them for 20-30 years. I have heard many good things about Fishers so I decided to give them a try. I had a few repairs and that went well, but I was interested in creating two pearl rings for my daughters. The woman at the counter told me to email ring styles Id like and she contact me. I did what she asked and I followed up with her a few days later. She told me she got my email and would contact me in a day or two. I received no call so when I went to pick up my repairs, I asked the woman about the rings and she gave me the excuse that she was really busy and that she would contact me in a day or two. Here it is three months later and still no call. I guess my money isnt good enough. Im not impressed.

I treasure my family and have been known to give away jewelry to say things that words just cant say. In certain instances a beautiful piece of jewelry may be the best way to tell my only brother how much i so love him., and how much i am glad he is in our family. Our family has been using Glenn Fisher Jewelry for 20 years. My wife would be disappointed if I ever bought her jewelry from anywhere else, primarily because we know that we can trust the quality of the items we purchase, and that we wont be overcharged. The staff at the store are so accomodating, and really strive to make sure the customer is satisfied. The manager, Cheryl, is the best - very knowledgable and helpful. Her experience in the jewelry business enables me to buy with confidence. We recommend no other store but this one if you need to buy fine jewelry!

This store has served me very well over the years as well as my parents. I will say, depending on whom you speak to at the store determines what kind of service you will get. I was told at first by a young hurried sales person, that my wedding band could not be enlarged by 1/2 a size. But I went back weeks later and another sales person told me it could! So you just cant take the first answer that comes along. Always ask to speak to a senior employees there. The younger staff just doesnt have the experience as of yet.

Glenn Fisher Jewelery Inc. Did a wonderful job on my engagement ring. Its beautiful and well made. I would have given 5 stars if the only time Ive been in there, I wasnt met with a lady with an attitude. She was fairly condescending. Im sure the rest of the employees are good people with better attitudes. The jewellery is beautiful and Id recommend Fishers over many other stores.

Avoid them like the plague! Broke my Nixon 51-30! Just needed a battery guys!! So they wont even refund me for the battery, I paid 10.65 to have these people break my watch! PS kid you were a total dick on the phone. Of course Im upset, you broke my watch! Learn how to speak to people and how to respect your elders.

I was in an accident and my claddagh ring, given to me on a first anniversary, was completely deformed. I thought that it was ruined but I took it to Fishers and they had it back to be in less than a week looking brand new! I was so happy to have my beloved ring back! THANK YOU FISHERS!

Their jewelry is over priced and when you buy their they dont offer rhodium dip for lifetime. Go for a place that offers that and will save you in the long run.
