My family and I have been buying all our jewelry from Larry for many years. He treats us like family, as well as anyone else walking through his door. He is very honest with customers who bring in jewelry to trade in for cash, and if he is unable to take it, he makes suggestions on how they may profit from it. Larry and Karen spend one on one time with you to assist you on picking out the piece of jewelry you have always been looking for. Larry will work with your budget, and may even lower his prices to make sure you can purchase the piece of jewelry you fall in love with. Larrys prices are much cheaper than the well known jewelry chains, and his impeccable knowledge on every piece of jewelry truly shows his passion for what he does. Very unprofessional. Maybe a bit racist. Went in to inquire about a mount and the women treated me like I couldnt afford the purchase. I was just asking for a simple mounting for my current diamond. I could see that a lot of the mounts where between $1,500 and $2,000. I TOLD her my budget was $3,000. She tried her best to steer me to another store by telling me she does not think they will have anything to my liking. After 10 minutes of back and forth (with me being very polite while asking to see anything considering a came all the way from Mentor) she said "why dont you just go back to where you bought the diamond. They might have something that would work for you".......then she paused......I took that to mean we dont have anything in this store for YOU!!! Will never go here again. Avoid at all costs.

Cleveland Jewelry Exchange is AWESOME! I had been to all the local stores in my area and nobody could work within my budget in building me a wedding band, so I went and spoke to Larry and he made it happen! He had an existing ring which he took and did a slight alteration so it would match my Fiancees ring and she totally Loves it! They were very Kind and gracious and I cannot thank them enough! I Highly recommend these guys! 5 stars!!!!!!

This place is horrible. They are beyond racist we walked in and the man of the store was starinng at my brother and I which made us fell very I welcomed. Then my brother had a valuable Michael Kors watch. They didnt even examine the watch and said its not real. I will never go there ever again, and that was my SECOND time having a bad experience with them. Never again. I always wondered why they store was always empty.

I went in there to inquire about a cross I was given. The owner was rude. He took the cross and said " this is brass and slammed it on the counter. I said thank you and he said nothing back, he just mumbled something and walk away.Was it because of my race? I just wonder. Any how I will never step foot in that place every again. Poor service and very rude.

I am not sure its possible for anyone to be more rude on the telephone. I am trying to get a simple engraving on a medical ID bracelet - a simple, "Im sorry, we dont do engravings here" would have been sufficient. Youd have thought Id asked for them to coat my bracelet with skunk juice! I hope anyone selling gold here has a better experience.

Larry and his assistant are on point. Great service, great prices. Go see him if you want to literally save thousands. Cut the middleman like Kay Jewelers, those guys will rip you off. Larry, on the other hand is straight up. Will come back again if I ever decide to buy anything else.
