I have been a client as well as an "addicted browser" to this REMARKABLE jewelry store for many years. And each & every time I enter I feel as if I have just come home and walked in the back door of my parents house in my old neighborhood. I receive a warm, "Oh, hi honey ! " (As if they just saw me yesterday ... they all dont know me by name and I am not in THAT often ! LOL) "Looking for something or just window shopping ? Just let us know if we can help! " When I went through a very sad divorce, their sensitivity & discretion in adjusting my personal information was so beautifully handled that I hugged them when I left. They were more compassionate than my doctors office!!! And no job is too big or too small. I was told once when I took in a watch of low budget but deep sentimental value to be estimated for repair and as I apologized for its lowly status, I was told that if it means the world to you, why should it mean any less to us? Now that they have the ability to duplicate any design especially antiquity pieces, Dons will be my first choice if & when "Mr Right" asks that all important question. Theres just no one else I would even begin to entrust with the most important symbol of the greatest love of my life ! Be very wise both financially as well as from a design stand point (I know - I was a professional designer for my lifes work & continue to work on the side in retirement). This IS THE MOST AMAZING PLACE WITH OLD FASHIONED VALUES & THE LOVE OF FAMILY TO BOOT! But see for yourself. You wont be disappointed! 5stars! Beth Holzer

Don Basch Jewelers has a great selection of jewelry and a warm and welcoming family atmosphere. I went to countless big chain jewelry franchises like Kay, and Jareds and I was sick of the high pressure sales tactics plus lack of care to detail in those establishments. Don Basch is completely different, its run by a family and you can see it manifest itself within the business and how you are treated. The people there take their time and pay attention to what you want in a ring and help you find it without pressuring you or moving you in a certain direction. I highly recommend this place to my friends and to the guys out there who just want a down to earth establishment willing to help you out for a fair price. For the lucky ladies out there, Don Basch also has a really nice selection of mens wedding bands. I know I will be going back to select one of those when the time comes. Overall: Solid 5/5 -Istvan-

I have done business with them in the past . . . . never again. The items I received from this store were of terrible quality. One was an Emerald ring. While I was cleaning it with the cleaner they gave me, the band of the ring broke into pieces. When I took it back, they told me "it must have been weak gold". Why are they selling weak gold? I received a set of diamond earrings and a matching necklace, as soon as I put the earrings on, the jewels broke off of the post. When I took that back, the saleswoman had an attitude when I told her that I just wanted the money back. She tried to convince me that it was an easy repair but WHY sell such crap in the first place? Trust me, you work hard for your money, GO ELSEWHERE!

I recently got engaged and bought my fiancés engagement ring at Don Bash Jewelers in Medina. Dustin and Dennis Bash made this vey simple. Their service was excellent, the ring is beautiful, and all this was at a reasonable price. I highly recommend that before any of your jewelry purchases you go to their store and see what they have to offer.

My wife and I have purchased many things from Don Basch and the customer service, product quality, and overall experiance have always been great. I honestly cant think of anything negative to say. My wife recieves many compliments on everything we have purchased there over the years, and we will continue to be customers well into the future.
