I love the work they do and the cause they support. They are always worth checking out for the variety of items they get in. That said, their prices are absurd sometimes. Most of the staff is fairly personable, with a couple glaring exceptions. One person in particular, who I wont name, has always been very rude and condescending to me in the 8+ years Ive been shopping with them. I applied to do some volunteer work for the store at one point, and she made it clear my help was not welcome there. Evidently, they get enough referrals from the courts for community service hours that my offering my time was burdensome to them.

This is a fantastic thrift store that has 2 floors. A multi-story cache of anything that can fit through the donation door. Youll never know what youll find here. Prices are usually low, that said they know the value of some of the items/price accordingly because rare or unique items do show up often. Finding a free parking spot is tough and theres a 90 min limit, hence 4 stars.

Ive actually seen them help people in need, and they were kind and understanding when doing so. I try to donate good quality items to this store, and stop by regularly to shop for unique things. Ive found everything from antiques to Prada!

Ok, prices again are a little unreasonable. The biggest benefit this store has going is its location. If not for that business would not be a good as it is for them. Staff is pretty slow in helping you and prices could be better.

We like this store the prices on some stuff is high. Parking is hard at times as they dont have a parking lot so u have to park along the street and at times you have a hard time finding a place to park.

Lots of different items plus a discount room open at certain times where its a dollar to fill a bag and even free on Fridays. Proceeds help the Abused Adult Resource Center...

Hi I like this thrift store. I just went in on Saturday oct 24. Do you guys offer refunds? one of the shirts I bought has a hole in it and I didnt see it until too late.

Wonderful store!! Full of old gems and treasures; AND they actually do honest charity work unlike most other thrift shops claim. Very impressed by SOH.

The prices are kinda high for a 2nd hand store. Parking sucked for me with a infant n having to carry stuff down the block and around the corner.
