DO NOT DONATE HERE! WARNING! YOUR ITEMS ARE BEING DUMPED OR RESOLD FOR PERSONAL PROFIT NOT BY STORE! After your donations are donated and brought in by the staff who come to your cars to help you, it is IMMEDIATELY thrown into a dumpster after you leave and compacted. The guys who work in the donations center have fun breaking your donated items and playing games while slamming them into a giant trash compactor! They say they take baby stuff but they throw it all away into the dumpster and it never gets priced or put it on the floor. YOU COULD BE GIVING THESE ITEMS TO SOMEONE IN NEED INSTEAD OF THEM BEING THROWN AWAY! The staff all smoke crack in the parking lot + go to the liquor store and get messed up on their lunch breaks across the street from Goodwill! The store manager and staff are all involved in stealing items that are donated to the store. The store manager and many of the staff are current drug users, non of them get drug tested. The store manager steals any nice electronics, game systems, or computers that are donated. She then is involved in selling the items you donate at the Swap Meet/ Colorado Springs Flea Market, so she can make some extra pocket money! THE STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND RE STAFFED LIKE THE PUEBLO GOODWILL! PLEASE DO NOT DONATE ANY ITEMS HERE ITS A BIG MISTAKE!

I had tried to donate a small table. It wasnt in the best of condition, but it is sturdy and with a little paint, someone could have benefited from it. The manager was insistent that it was in need of repairs (which it wasnt) and when I questioned her about it, she said "We dont have the resources to repaint crap, so get your trash out her. Were not a garbage site" and then proceeded to yell at me to get the **** off her lot. I think her name might be Robin. At this point, I dont care. I have been a long time supporter of Goodwill. Now? No. Never will I be spoken to this way again. My support and business will go to the Salvation Army (who, by the way, ended up with table and were more than happy for the donation).

prices are higher here than most of the other goodwills that are just a few miles away. sometimes almost double. store is very clean, well organized and the staff is always cheerful and willing to help which is so wonderful! The only downside for me personally, was the manager wasnt willing to switch out 1 particular item for another in a random set so I could have left with a matching/completed set. Im redoing the decor in my home and it was a hard enough find but unfortunately I left a bit confused and ended up having to leave without buying any of it?? Just wasnt expecting that kind of an experience from a donation based company.

I bought a weed whacker from the Goodwill on Waynoka Place less than 2 weeks ago. It needed a string cassette and string. As it snowed right after I purchased it, I didnt get to Lowes until today. Found out the unit is so old they dont even make parts for this anymore. When I tried to return it I was told they have a 7 day return policy and would not refund my money. I bought it in good faith and was told at the time that it "worked". Well, maybe it would if I could get the parts but it is useless as it is. Im a regular customer at this Goodwill but not anymore.

This is my favorite Goodwill in the Colorado Springs area so far (I havent been to them all)! The clothing is color coordinated; this is very organized compared to most thrift stores Ive visited. They also have new underwear, socks, some tools, and seasonal items. The employees are welcoming & helpful and the dressing rooms are roomy & clean. It is far east but its worth the trip! The only downside is that it is crowded and should be bigger inside.

The store is usually "in order", considering it is always packed with merchandise and people. The employees are "hit and miss" when it comes to providing good customer service. I was on the fence on giving this location 4 stars. I gave this location three stars because the lines are ridiculous and always terribly long. Best thing about this store is the little café/ reading area.

Have you found the hidden gem in the back of the store? There is a door in the back left corner that goes to an area that has sporting equipment and sometimes just random stuff. I needed a camera tripod and it was back there. I needed a cart so my daughter could get her band instrument around easier and it was back there. Always good deals to be found at this location.

This was the nicest Goodwill I had ever walked into and Ive been to many. Merchandise was clean, many things color coordinated in the store and the clothing, the floor was very shiny and the store smelled good. My daughter and I call it the "crem DE le crem" of Goodwills. Oh and employees were nice. I cant think of anything bad to say about it.

This is one of the most organized and well ran stores in town. They always have something from the moment you walk into the store. The customer service is top and Im very appreciative of when the lines was long of course, because of the holiday season, theyre quick to get help to move things along with out a stress. 5 STARS

I remember when they started out to help/encourage disabled and struggling people. Seems now just another retail outlet with high prices on some items and lower on other items. There items are donated. Staff is friendly. You may find a bargain one time and walk out empty handed the next.

I give this goodwill a five star. This goodwill is clean and organized. The customers here are not grabbing items out of the bins, before the employees, have a chance to put the items on the shelves. They have an excellent book section. Good Job.

Has a great a great selection, but things are marked wrong and put in odd locations, like they dont know what the tag size means. I really do like this location and expect to dig little, just annoying having to dig so hard.

the prices are outrageous. it seems to me that they are really trying to make money instead of helping people get what they need for less. Better to go to the one on Janitell Rd. now that one is awesome!

Goodwill has gotten way more expensive over time despite the fact that everything is donated and they pay employees with "disabilities" pennies on the dollar. With this all in mind, prices are outlandish

My size pants are a very common size and when I go there I can always find five to six pairs unlike other Goodwill stores where I only find maybe one or two if Im lucky

Clean, pretty organized but books could have been easier to look through. Otherwise, SO FRIENDLY! My mom dropped off some donations and they offered her a cool drink.

Upside.... its always very tidy, neat and organized. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Down side...prices are rising fast. $9.00. for donated shorts is outrageous.
