Alocer The Lost
Ive been going to the ARC in Fort Collins for about 6 years. I finally decided to go to the one in Loveland out of sheer boredom. Wow, was that a mistake! This place is a mess. Shelves so unorganized you really cant look at anything. Both the manager (female, Very short hair, facial piercings, very thin) and the person checking me out (Female, heavy set) were so rude to me it was really quite shocking. Very few things were labeled correctly, so it took me a few minutes just to get the prices of items when I went up to pay, and I was the only person in line. I imagine the main problem is that the majority of people working there are volunteers (older people when I was there) and you cant "fire" volunteers who arent there for community service. And if the managers are as bad as the one I had to deal with I can imagine nothing will ever be done about this and this place will continue to spiral downhill. Ill just have to write this one off and avoid it in the future.

The only time to shop here is on Saturdays, when they have the 50% off sale on MOST items. Even at 50% off, most items are still priced way too high, but going during a non-sale day? Youd have to be a fool to shop here, because its darned near brand new retail pricing. You have to really dig to find something nice at a reasonable price, even on sale days. Oh, and make sure before you buy something, that you get it under a good light, and go over it with a fine toothed comb for stains, tears, broken/missing parts, etc. I have purchased far too many things from the ARC, and after I got home, realized it was trash. But, my bad, I should have scrutinized these items a lot more carefully -- which you can bet I do now!

This Arc is more... Meh. You can sometimes find good deals however most of the time the prices are three to four times what they should be. You also have to be careful to make sure what you are purchasing isnt busted or missing parts as they dont seem to put any effort in checking. I have returned games here that were missing just about everything and still cost $5 only to find them tossing it back on the shelf at the same price.

Can always find something unique at a great price here. The aisles are usually cleared. I do wish the furniture didnt cost quite so much; for a thrift store.. oh and a special thanks to the lady that puts away the books! She does a great job and its so easy to find titles. The staff has always been nice and talkative when I go in. As for the picture I posted; just something I found last week. I love it.

You can find some great deals here if you have time to really look through everything. Staff can be a bit abrupt and there was an instance where I drove up to the donation area and no one was there to help me with it. I had to park and go inside and the staff inside had to inform the donation drop off staff that they were needed. Otherwise, great selection of items!

Getting it sold for maximum dollar is the name of the game here. Its funny when they leave a $1 garage sale sticker on, and then ask $8.99. Bargains are truly hard to find anymore. Their "good" stuff is always the not-50%-off color tag. If you want to see bargains, to just sell the stuff and get it out the door, go to goodwill in Fort Collins.

Lots of great deals, but only on Tuesdays and Saturdays when certain colors are 50% off. Otherwise, they have an identity complex, thinking that they are an antiques deal instead of a thrift store. I have found jackets and shirts and pants and yarn and puzzles, and glassware, etc. for good prices.

This store is way to expensive for a thrift store. Most of the stuff you can find new in a retail store for the same money. Saturdays are ok if the stuff you find is half off. The employees are pushy and rude, and act miserable. Fort Collins Arc is much better with better customer service.

Love shopping here for deals, but prices have been slowly creeping up lately. Certain staff members have been rude, but most staff are helpful and friendly. I would rate higher if prices more accurately reflected used products being purchased.

Its OK. Its hit and miss with their stock, but they are based on donations so thats to be expected. Itd be nice if their were more in the way of tools and/or electronics but the Habitat for Humanity ReStore is just down the road.

The store is a mess and items are over priced for a thrift store. Even at half price sales, some items are priced to high sometimes. If you want to shop here, know your retail prices, you can but new for cheaper sometimes

Theres an impressive selection of clothes and accessories in good condition at a fair prices. The staff strives to maintain a friendly organized atmosphere. You never know what youll find, a fun place to shop.

Huge place with a large selection of clothes for all ages and styles. They often have sales so you can really score here. It does take quite a bit of time to look at everything but can be rewarding

ARC never fails to disappoint. Theres always good deals to be found. Keep an open mind when searching. Saturdays tend to be great for half price deals on tags, but can be over crowded.

Donation people are ill trained. Different people give different answers. Also, the short fat guy in charge is a jerk. The store inside is good and thrifty. And its for a good cause.

So much better than Goodwill. The store is brightly lit, and everything looks like its cleaned before put on the floor, plus they get a lot of brand new stuff from stores.

They have an excellent collection of July 4th outfits! I found something for each grandchild to wear to the fireworks and T-shirts for us! Its going to be a fun night!

For some reason they really like to over charge for items at this location. If you want really good deals head to Goodwill in Loveland or to the Arc In Fort Collins.

My mom and I love this store. It is much easier for her to get around with her walker than the other thrift stores in Loveland and she loves the treasure hunt. :)

Got some great deals on small trinkets but there are times where bigger items are over priced. Where I can buy the same item brand-new at a cheaper price elswhere.

Store is a cultured clutter of discarded remnants of yard sales, donations, and unwanted items. If you you need something in a pinch for cheap this is the place.

About everything you want from a thrift store.. clean, fair prices, and the stock changes often. They also do well for many right here locally.

Nice place, friendly staff, the prices are reasonable sometimes, discounts up to 50% every day, discount for Seniors up to 50% every Tuesdays.

Great place to shop but employees follow shoppers too intensely. I mean these items ARE all donated!! Let customers shop stress free

Standard thrift store. However the furniture prices here are notably higher than the Fort Collins location.
