Been going here for years... Their layout is obvious and pretty well kept up. There merchandise is quality... Clothes are clean and unstained and not overly worn. Fun to find high end items for so low a price. Always get compliments on my "style" and no one knows its all second hand bought (except undies and tech wear/ sport shoes). Those that give one star are "whiners"/ this is a non-profit thrift store people, they dont have big bucks to pay employees well... and guess what, they also donate to developmentally challenged peoples causes. The people that work there are practically volunteers... so get over yourselves with expecting Nordstroms/Chicos/Maceys service. Know why they give credit/ why they limit return times? Cause people can actually find Nordstroms/Chicos/ Maceys there and try to return Kmart clothes with these tags switched and bring back crap and argue they were ripped off and should get paid cash. Also, people used to bring out of season stuff back after wearing these items for months and expect to get paid cash... like it was ok to " rent" their clothes and get refunded. (Yea, really, I saw these conversations happen before the rules were limited in the past.) You want a "different" experience, then go to another thrift/consignment and pay more. Stop whining. Also, compare friken apples to apples... Go to GW, biggest long-standing non-profit...there is where youll find junky crap and not as nice workers... Oh and guess what? Theyll pay cash back... But their "store" is a dump.

I had a futon in good condition that I was interested in donating because I was moving into a smaller place, so I contacted a staff member via email to check whether it was an item they could accept. I was told yes, so I tried to schedule a pickup online. All the times were too far ahead of my move date, so I emailed back asking whether I could bring it in sooner. Again, I was told yes, and provided with the donation hours and location. I spent half of my Saturday transporting the futon there only to be rudely informed upon arrival that Arc doesnt take futons. I also called Habitat for Humanity and Goodwill ahead of time to see whether they could take it, and unfortunately, they couldnt, but at least they were able to communicate that before I wasted my time bringing it to them. I should have just put it on the curb with a free sign.

DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS HERE. I recently purchased a blu-ray player here for $25. At checkout, I confirmed that I would be able to return it and get my money back if it didnt work as there was no way to test in the store whether or not it actually worked. It did not work. Two days later, I went in to return it and was informed that I would receive store credit rather than a refund. If I had known that this was their policy, I would not have made the purchase. Purchase electronics at your own risk and know that you will not get a refund even if they sold you something broken.

Was told by one of the staff two separate times when I asked that I could return items for a refund within 10 days. Went ahead and purchased items I didnt have time to try on at store closing thinking I could return them if they didnt work as he had told me. Brought several items back and told it was store credit only, and manager was unwilling to honor a cash refund. I would not have purchased these items if they had told me it was credit only. Frustrating that you cant trust what you are being told.

This is the least expensive thrift store in Fort Collins. They have half price on nearly all items every Saturday. The store is not the most organized, but the low prices and friendly service make up for it. Overall the stores set up is pretty typical for an Arc, but the employees always seem happy and ready to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get a good value on used goods.

Seems like a good store and has plenty of items. I have found items in here that Goodwill does not seem to have. Anyway, It looks to be a more friendlier store. Their prices, are a tad bit higher then their competitors But their verity is some better then their competitors. Its really all in what your looking for, and the price.

Its always well organized, they have a TON of clothes (even for common sizes) and its pretty clean. I have found three great finds here ($15 pampered chef bread knife, three cast iron pans for $20, and a used night stand in great shape for $15). Their toddler clothes are surprisingly expensive, however.

Pretty cook spot, you can donate at any tine they are open as long as yoh can carry it in. Large store with even larger selection. Everything from clothes to housewares to novelty and old school items. Much larger selection for women than men at this store. Staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the largest and best. All colors except one, go on sale on Saturday. The rest of the week, only one or two colors per day are on sale (but its 50% off!! Habitat only has 20% sales. No comparison! Donations are accepted here inside and outside. Seasonal items are always great!!

Some prices seem high, but I am usually after furniture piece and they will come down on those prices pretty well. They get in some nice dressers and desks. I like shopping here, but I might feel differently if I were shopping for clothing and could not get a lowered price.

Worst, most unprofessional, disrespectful, cashier. Her name is Sky. She she no longer be employed by anybody. We have shopped weekly at Arch and donated on multiple occasions but we will have to find another thrift store to support.

This is one of the best resale shops Ive been to, especially on Saturdays! Ive found great clothing items for low prices, some even brand new, and brand new puzzles as well. The clothes section is pretty well organized, too!

I used to go to Arc all the time but last week when I went everything was way overpriced and many items were damaged (rips, tears, stains, etc). I wont be going back, there are better places to thrift in Fort Collins.

Cleaner than the nearby goodwill, with more home goods selection. A bit disorganized in some areas, but you cant expect everything to have a place when you have one of everything. Overall good experience.

Great thrift store. I almost always find a treasure. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes things seem a little high priced compared to similar objects though. I really appreciate the half of tags.

Pretty wide variety of things at super cheap prices. They dont have military days but most good sale days are on Saturdays and they have sales every day based on the color of tickets.

Well this one is smaller then the one in Loveland. Staff seemed friendly. I person like the one in Loveland. Maybe because I shop more often. Organized .

This is not a charity. It is a for-profit company masquerading as a charity. They make millions every year of the donations of well-meaning people.

Best prices on Saturday when most color tags are half off. Get their early before the crazy crowds! Very well organized, clean and friendly staff.

I love this place one because there are great deals there and I always love the people that I talk with and it is really fun to volunteer there!
