Was pleasantly surprised. I was actually headed to a different thrift store when I got stuck on 23rd near this one (traffic accident where the road was narrowed to one lane, so I wasnt going anywhere!) Anyway, I went in to check out their furniture which they didnt have much of, but they did have some other items that had been on my thrift list for months, at better prices than Id expected to find: sports gear for mere dollars, a childs coat stand for under $5, and 99¢ wide-brimmed hats for our upcoming sunny wether trips to the zoo. I noticed their clothes prices were a bit higher than I like when thrifting (brand name $5 shirts arent bad, but I dont mind the no-name shirts Id find elsewhere for $1-2). Books were quite fair, I think it was 49¢ (definitely less than $1) for childrens books (I dont like when childrens books are prices the same as others because so many short little books for kids are hardback) and even hardbacks were under $2. The store was fairly well organized and decently clean, and the staff were friendly. Ill visit again, even when Im not forced to by traffic blockages! :)

It has huge variety and selection, very reasonable prices and sales for what you would expect, but would be 5 stars if ALL employees would be happy to answer customers questions and assist them with concerns. Also, need to put all sale or special color/tag promotions up front by entrance where it is posted clearly. Other than that...good place to spend some time.

Clean store that always has a variety of goods. Love new discount card offering 15% off anything i purchase for full year and only 5 bucks! Employees are always nice and helpful.

I worked here. I loved the actual work here. The owners are more concerned about money than employees. We worked hard and deserved more than minimum wage.
