Always professional and polite. The manager Philip is very knowledgeable. Any time I have a question he always knows the answer. The other two employees Morrell and Ethan are also knowledgeable and also provide an excellent environment to shop in. They arent like regular store clerks that are all business. They talk and joke and genuinely just have a good time. From fantasy football to politics they talk for hours. On the sprint side of things Laura is amazing. She knows everything there is to know about sprint and their promotions. Always kind, courteous, and professional. The only sprint store Ill ever go to. I highly recommend this location for all of your electronic and cell phone needs!

Philip was very helpful. He knew right off the top of his head what was on sale, what the percentages off were and what they had available. If only every Radio Shack had personnel as helpful as Philip! If you have questions Philip has answers.

If you have to deal with Philip beware. I had to exchange a pair of head phones and he certainly made it a very unpleasant experience. Not sure if he was having a bad day but he was extremely rude. Radio shack lost my buisness.
