Ordered two pairs of water aerobic shoes from SEARS which pick-up at KMart on Paul Road. They arrived for pick-up many days before they were scheduled - this was unexpected. Went to the Customer Service Counter to pick-up. None of the employees were wearing name tags and most just seemed to be hanging around the deck. A girl (Kelly printed on her hoodie sweat shirt) looked up my order on the computer. It said location zero - she commented that didnt know anything about this. Wait there is a theme coming, she made the comment throughout the whole 1/2 hour that I was there. Her colleague said he knew where to find my purchase and came back after some time. She wasnt sure how to print out my receipt (didnt know anything about it), but finally managed. I got in the car and realized she had given me a receipt for only one pair of shoes. So I went back in, again she didnt know anything about it, recalled the colleague who found the shoes in location zero. He told her how to work the computer and it didnt work because of something that wasnt done at location zero. So off he went and after waiting about 1/2 more hour, I left with the second receipt. I asked for the mgr, Todd (name and pic hanging above Customer Service Desk), Kelly? said he was there earlier but wasnt around now. Todd, I have something to tell you, your store is not staffed with employees who are trained. What are you doing leaving a bunch of highschool/colleges kids alone when they have no idea how to do their jobs? Stick around at night.

We went to Kmart to look at Coleman portable grills. When we finally located the grill there was no price marked on or around any of them. After a twenty minute hunt we were finally able to locate an associate to help us. When he finally got his scanner to work the price he gave us supposedly didnt reflect the blowout sale price. We brought it up to the checkout counter and apparently this item was not part of the sale that was supposedly store wide. We looked the grill up on line and Wal-Mart and Amazon as well as several other stores in the area had the same item listed for considerably less, we asked if they would price match and were told absolutely not! Needless to say we will not be doing any shopping at Kmart in the future!

I went to the Kmart Chili-Paul store to exchange my propane tank. I received a refilled tank for $20. When I got home and attached the new propane tank, it did not release any propane. I went back to the store to exchange the tank for another that worked. They refused to exchange the tank stating that it was now my problem. They stated that since the tanks are from a third party vendor, they do not resolve any problems that arise from a purchase through them. I believe this is bad business. If they do not want to stand behind any product they sell the should either not sell the item, or post a buyer beware notice. DO NOT exchange your tanks at Kmart since you will be on your own if there is an issue!

They didnt have one of the items that I needed. However, a very helpful young man employee graciously helped me look for the things that I needed, walking me to where they were. Cant ask for better Customer Service than that.

Old building/store. Kmart has really gone downhill. Its a shame, they used to be great back in the day. But, super walmarts pretty much did them in. Its a decent store.

Dirty store, missing a lot of price tags, understaffed, slow check out. Prices good, selection average. Barely afloat, no pride in the store at a management level.

Have trouble finding big and tall shirts. Best luck I always have is in Kmart. And even though I only came in for shirts I always end up with a basketball.

I like this kmart. Employees have always been friendly. Always get my shoes and automotive stuff here. Can get busy so sometimes you have to wait in lines
